Best place to live, we are going on 3 years here. Best office staff and the best maintenance staff. The landscape people keep the yard up. Love it here.

The move in process was informative and straight to the point. The keys! The property manager was very friendly and was ready and willing to help!

This is the best place to live. Have nothing but good things to say. From the office staff to the maintenance staff, they are all wonderful.

Enjoy living here. Staff and maintenance are top notch. Overall no complaints. It being winter time, flowers and plants are becoming dormant. Maybe more flowers and sprucing up walkways.

Me and my family love living here .the neighbors are nice and the nights are quiet..the playground are keep nice and clean so when my stepdaughter is here it's nice to sit on the bench and watch her play.

Very friendly. So far everything has been great here . Maintenance is always fast and prompt to requests. Pool and gym are very nice to have so close .

I feel blessed to be allowed to live here!!! 70 years old and treated very well!!! Maintenance team and Alyssa along with Heather in the management office run this complex fantastically. They all work extremely hard!!!!!

The Staff @Retreat our incredibly hardworking, resourceful, and friendly. The upper management do not give the staff the resources to do their job. I've been a resident here for 7 years 5 ms.

The lady that helped us was really great. She was very friendly. She answered all our questions and made the move in process super easy. So far we have no concerns.

Great place to live if you’re on a budget. The staff are wonderful and the maintenance staff are always on top of things. Highly recommend to new apartment owners.

I couldn't be happier! The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, making the leasing process a breeze. The amenities are fantastic, especially the pool and fitness center, which are always well-maintained. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping and dining. Overall, a great place to live! Highly recommend!

Communication wasn't up to par, couldn't ever reach anyone in the leasing office. Then the whole rental process was done online. Whatever happened to dealing with a live person and customer service??

Decent value for the times. Quality varies from unit to unit. Nice, quiet place with a better parking situation than most. Apartments are fairly spacious

Great , friendly staff! Move in was a breeze . Services requests are answered very fast . Overall a very happy resident. Area is extremely nice and the kids have a playground

Pretty good so far, love the apartment but some of the features didn’t work when I first moved in. However maintenance was quick and helpful with fixing them.

The move in process was simple and I had options for my deposits that fit my financial situation. The office staff were friendly and answered all my questions.

The office ladies are very kind and helpful. Made the process of applying very easy.! My children and I are looking forward to our new apartment and the new memories. Thank you

Amazing set of employees! They are so attentive and in tune to all of our needs. The property is always mowed and edged. Maintenance is constantly picking up the trash and on the ball for our needs.

We love living here, just renewed are lease for the 3rd year. The office staff are amazing and can not leave out the our fantastic maintenance staff.

The apartment layout is nice and it is very comfortable. The front desk is usually very nice. Lately it's hard to get a parking space in front of my apartment so I have to park a lot further down the lot. When the temperatures reach around 80 outside, the apartment starts getting a lot of flies which were not sure where they're coming from. This was never an issue until about 2 years ago when we had VERY dirty neighbors living below us. We also have wasp nests outside of our apartment that come back every year. Rent has raise about $350-$400 since moving in 6 years ago despite our apartment having no improvements installed since moving in. We have had 2 instances of our AC breaking and having to wait anywhere from 3 weeks to at most 3 months (on and off) to have it fixed.

It's a quiet neighborhood and I like that plus everyone seems friendly ilike the amenities the kids love the pool and the dog loves the dog park.

Love it so far it’s something new for me I’m young and it’s my first apartment so I don’t know what to compare it to but it’s something I’m enjoying for sure

Always a great experience at Retreat at Hidden Bay. We truly enjoy living here. Great Maintenance Staff and Office Staff are the best. Plan on living here for awhile.

The staff is super nice and friendly however I feel like the up keep on the apartments could be better. For example we pay a pest control fee very month with our rent but I've let to see anyone come and spray the property for its major bug problem. The apartment has a big bug problem and I've asked the office to send them out to spray however no one ever shows up. I have been paying out of pocket to try and control the problem. Rent is also increasing but the apartment haven't been up dated in a good couple decades, there is a clear mold/mildew issues. Definitely needs a good renovation especially if they are going to raise the prices. Plus the pool is never open. It's a nice quit and peaceful neighborhood however there are alot of things the apartment company could do MUCH better. My first suggestion would be to us the maintenance fee and pest control fee we pay every month to hire professionals to handle pest control and mold issues.

Beautiful and quiet little patch of heaven out here! Move in process was so smooth! Plus management is so helpful and on top of there their stuff! So excited to be living here!

Very friendly community and very clean! Have had no noise issues and all appliances are working well. The apartment was very clean and has minor issues when moved in nothing too serious. But overall a great experience so far.

Large living room closet, small hallway closet, large walk-in bedroom closet). Really nice to have small washer and dryer in unit. Small porch is nice. Neighborhood complex fairly quiet except for a few random people who enjoy annoying their neighbors with their loud cars (only two though). Complex is neat and clean except for selfish and lazy people who dump their garbage by the dumpster instead of putting it in the dumpster (not the apartment people’s fault). Maintenance guy was very quick and helpful with initial issues. Pets allowed, no issues with barking or stuff like that so far. Overall worth it for the price so far, not sure in the future -if the rent gets raised after the first year- because of the minor annoyances.

Great place to live. Staff is wonderful and maintenance is great. Lawn service keeps things nice and clean. Would recommend to anyone that needs a great location apartment.

Not the best parking lot to park in, not enough space I’ve had to park down the road from my apartment a couple times. I wish the bedrooms were bigger too

Apartment was spotless when we moved in, brand new outlet covers and a clean carpet. After renting at other complexes in the area, we are more than satisfied and love our unit.

So far … I love it! It’s superseded my expectations forsure. I can’t wait to meet more of my neighbors and check out my amenities. Also there are some of the cutest doggies I’ve seen in my complex so there’s another bonus.

While I'm a bit of a homebody, I love seeing how friendly the neighbors are here. It's also always so quiet around here. You rarely hear any noises outside, even if the walls are a little thin. If I ever have an issue I know the ladies down at the office are quick to take it into their hands, and the 2 maintenance men are very friendly and good at their jobs. I know one even lives on site, which is comforting to hear. There's also cop cars that drive up and down daily, and an ice cream truck that drives by every week or so. Its a very calm neighborhood to live in.

Very thin ceilings. We can hear the people above us walking around at all hours. Maintenance requests take forever to be completed. Office is rarely open during stated office hours.

This is a great community! We just relocated from out of state and couldn’t have chosen a better place to live! From the office staff to the neighborhood, everything has been great!

For the current price for an extended yearly contract, these apartments have been a good experience so far. Any complaints are small and not the apartment/managements fault (just people being lazy/inconsiderate/selfish- driving loud Camaros or Mustangs at night, leaving trash on the ground by the dumpster). Amenities are nice- especially having laundry machines in unit. Haven’t used them yet, but the pool/bbq/playground areas look neat and clean and I see families using them often. Sometimes when it rains, the water backs up and covers part of the pavement in certain areas, but there would have to be major reconstruction to fix the issue of the drainage.

This is a very peaceful, safe and friendly community. The management always makes sure that everything is fine. I would recommend this community to everyone

Staff is wonderful! From the lawn service to the maintenance staff, truly top notch. We talk with friends and they have all types of problems. We can’t even relate.

The people are nice the land lord help us with everything that we need we had zero experience moving in and they made the process a lot faster

It’s a nice quiet area. I like how it is near neighborhoods and away from the city traffic. The dog park is nice and spacious and the pool area is really nice as well.

So far the community has been really nice. my maintenance concerns were answered promptly and the amenities are great. I love that everyone has their dogs on walk and my dogs are accepted in the neighborhood.

Everything in this complex is great. Great staff! I feel we will be here for a long time. It is well maintained and the grounds are always beautiful.

No real issues. Pretty quiet and peaceful for the most part. Well lit and landscaping is well maintained. Most residents are friendly or just keep to themselves.

The best apartments so far. They’re reasonably priced and not too outdated. Location is great as it’s close to most schools and many stores when you need something in a pinch. Only down side is work orders are slow and the lack of people cleaning up after their dogs is causing the grass areas to be unwalkable and unpleasant smells especially as it gets warmer. Also more lazy people who throw their trash in front of the dumpster instead of just walking around.

Like the resident it’s a good place for me and my family . No loud noice good neighbors and everything. Dog park is acceptable for dogs sooo and we love that and also love the balcony

nice quiet complex no noise complaints the service is immaculate every time there’s an issue usually it get fixed same day or the next day at the latest. Great friendly staff!!

A wonderful community to live in. Very peaceful. Everyone is friendly. The property is well maintained and help is always available when needed.

The Retreat has been a wonderful place to live. That is why I'm signing up for another year. The ladies at the office are very helpful and friendly. The neighbors here are friendly also. I think it is wonderful that they let you keep your pets with you.

Have had some issues here and there, one of which being fleas when we moved in. Luckily the complex has pest control out every Thursday and it's not hard at all getting someone to come spray the apartment. Any issue we've had has been fixed pretty quickly which is appreciated

Great place to live. From the front office to the Monday lawn service excellent! Not to mention, the maintenance men! They are fastest, most professional we have seen.
