Property Ratings at The Retreat at Quail North Apartments
I've lived at this property for a little over 6 months, and I am absolutely in love. (Other then living on the third floor lol) I love the layout of my apartment and the feel of the community. It is quiet and serene during the day and at night. It is close to everything I need and it makes life so much easier. The office staff is amazing and always answers my questions quickly and professionally. And the maintenance staff, top tier! I will be staying here as long as possible.
My experience with Retreat has been fantastic. I toured the community with LaRena and she was friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. The office team, Carson and Crystal were also very kind and generous with their input for relocating to the OKC area.
The space in these units are perfect for a family, or roommates. If you are tired of your bedrooms feeling like the are right on top of one another, these apartments are great! The living room and kitchen are in-between the bedrooms creating an extra sound barrier!
The people who work here are amazing! Front office and maintenance are the best you could get! Highly recommend.
Love the overall vibe of this place. The maintenance is quick and attentive shoutout to Mike he was very quick and helpful & is also a stand up man . The apartments themselves look great too
Anytime i need help with my home Maintenance is always happy, helpful and anytime i have called the front office someone is there to help with everything i needed
Complex is quiet and grounds are always clean ! management is great and maintenance is always there when I need !
Professional and friendly staff that don’t make you feel like a bother when you ask for assistance.
I recently moved in and the staff followed up to see if I had settled in ok. This has never happened to me before. So far so good.
I have made the retreat my home for nine years so that in itself says that this community is safe and the current property manager is giving his best to keep it a property that I would recommend.
Very nice complex, good neighbors, close proximity to many things and travel!
After changing my payment on move-in date, I felt that I was being taken advantage of. Fortunately, I have resources. Others might not be so fortunate.
It is safe and clean environment
Great location, very comfortable floor plans with many amenities.
It is clean and very well taken care of . Staff are great professional friendly .
Nice apartment layouts, grounds are nice, good amenities
Very friendly and helpful people in the office, and the property is actually incredibly nice.
Because I have lived here since April 2017 , it is clean safe and both the office and maintenance staff are friendly and professional .
Overall I see these apartments as you get what you pay for. They are high quality and I have enjoyed living in them so far.
The person we spoke with was very polite and very helpful and answered all of our questions
So far no issues, the staff have been extremely kind and helpful!
This place is not the place you want to live - - over priced - management doesn’t care about you HERE IS A LONGER REVIEW OF WHY YOU DONT WANT TO LIVE HERE !! I moved in right during the day the president locked everything down for covid. my gf had just gotten pregnant. I explained to Steven the manger that she would be going back and forth and about half way through our lease she would move in . Steven forced my gf to move in costing lots of money and hassle. My garage malfunctioned one night and I had to manually open my garage because my clicker was not working. It was 1230 at night and about 93 degrees. The next day I had a bill for 500 dollars . So they have this trash system where they pick it up for you nightly. Lived in many apartments thought this was pretty cool .............. this guys will take your trash if it’s not too heavy or if it’s up to their trash standards, if they don’t end up taking it, management will charge you a hefty fee ( I thinks it’s what you pay the whole month to get your trash picked up ) the guy will take only what’s at the door so if any trash gets on the stairway area to your apartment you may have to step over trash for about a week before they take it. I moved in about 8 months ago - all the things I’ve requested to get done I hear “ they will get to it” More often then not all the doors to all the gym and office will be locked which stinks because if you rent from these people you want to have access to the computers, the gym, the pool , and probably more accessories but at this point I avoid the office at all costs . In the beginning though, I would just remind them every day and they would open it up so that’s cool ! I have a neighbor that blasts music. For about 3 months now I call their hotline for help after or before hours. I call about 10 times a week . I would say 1/3 of the time the issue is resolved. One day I walked outside to go to work there were about 5-7 dead birds on the ground I called and told them at about 1030 am. I got back from work at 330 and the birds were still there .. this one isn’t so bad but but still disgusting From what I can tell only about 1/3 of people if that, actually likes living here. A lot of the apartments are a still empty. Most the people people I run into walking my dog are saying the same thing they are just waiting for their lease to end. If I felt like this company as a whole had even tried to help me or my family I wouldn’t have even wrote this long novel.

Thank you for the 5-star review! We appreciate your feedback!
Nice clean apartments. Everyone was pretty quiet and the staff were all nice and helpful
The help that has been offered so far to get me moved in and comfortable has been fantastic. Everyone in the office is so welcoming.
Based on the maintenance experience that I have had. I would recommend. They are friendly and professional
The only thing I have a problem with is the people with letting the dog poop all over the grass around my unit , by the balcony, the walk way and other areas when walking to the garage, you see dog poop.
It's a nice apartment. It feels safe. I haven't had any concerns.
We have recommended it already. It is quiet and the apartment is spacious and was clean on move on. Office staff have always been helpful and got back to my questions quickly.
I would recommend because of the quick service that I received.
I would and will let others know about how i'll recommend this apartment ---- i like the rules that the apartment Lease agreement offers.
Currently there is some issues with the sounds above or near my apartment. Mine is situated in the middle-most part of the apartment, meaning there is an echo-chamber created by the hollowed out square like shape of the building. I'm all for community, but I don't necessarily care to hear my neighbors cough while I'm about to sleep and then hosting parties talking very loudly about all the different types of marijuana they have available. The upstairs neighbors aren't much better as they have what sounds to be a 50-60 lb dog running, jumping, dropping a ball over and over again. It's every night. I'm never sure what to do about it, as I'm not certain exactly of the apartment number. This has never been a problem for the near 3 years that I've remained a resident, until the past 4 months. The other issue that I wouldn't recommend it is for the fact that there were a total of 2 business weeks + 2 business days that management gave notice to. I want to make clear that I understand that maintenance needed to make adjustments to various units prior to insurance investigations. I get that the law says you only have to give a 24 hour notice, and that was done correctly. What I don't understand is why there isn't a law in place that prevents landlords from being able to make a blanket case for a week at a time. While it was fine, and every one was nice and respectful throughout the process, it was still disturbing to know that the company could come in and out of my apartment as they pleased throughout the course of 2 business weeks.
The location of apartment off the busy street is great. The location near the many shops is also a great feature with this apartment. The layout of garage and parking not as great but it works.
Well Giselle was very knowledgeable and courteous, she knew the apartments well and since I’m in sales as well knew exactly which feature I wanted before I even told her. It’s a smaller community so I like that. The only thing I didn’t like was the living room layouts.
Well the staff are very helpful and professional, and they always make time for a chat .
To complete the premium feel of Quail N Retreat, I wish the place would've had better washers, dryers, and dishwashers. They did not perform as well as the units I've used in the past. It also lacked a few features, like fans of any kind and not having a water dispenser from the fridge was inconvenient. There were heaps of hidden fees that I've never seen renting before. It always left a minute but negative feeling month to month. On the other hand, the place usually looked great, and the staff in all job positions were incredible people.
Some residents have gotten rowdy with things being thrown or slammed in the courtyard & being loud at all hours during weekdays, hasn'??t happened in the past week or so, hopefully it won'??t get worse. So far the area & the community has been acceptable.
Up to date apartment. Exceeded expectation. Front office is so amazing. Every maintenance issue big or small was done very fast
It's week managed and maintained; the hospitality event was fun this past Saturday and the residents are vetted well.
I love the staff at the apartment complex they are always so nice and helpful.
So far it seems like the staff if very friendly and the community is quiet.

It's not the community it's the Apts, my dishwasher is broken upon move in. The towel rack falls off the wall every use. You can hear the neighbors at all hours especially on weekends.

Pretty nice compared to most apartments. Doesnt have too much of an "apartment" feel to it, even on the third floor.
