I am a new tenant at Retreat at Rocky Ridge. The experience has been a great one! I was able to schedule a day and time to view an apartment online (which was great). When I drove up on the grounds, they were well kept. Since I have been here, the complex is very quite. The management was very pleasant. I would recommend Retreat at Rocky Ridge to others.

One of the best places to live in the Hoover area. Friendly staff and excellent property

The Retreat at Rocky Ridge Apartment Homes is a great place for you to reside. I have lived on the property since 2012 and have enjoyed living here. The office staff is very friendly and communicates very well about any concerns you may have. They also plan fun events for residents that make it feel like a community. The maintenance and ground keeping staff responds quickly to any issues that may need addressing. They also work hard to keep the property clean. The apartments are spacious and have great space for storage. There is also a lot of cabinet space. The bathrooms are nicely sized. There is a nice workout room which is kept very clean and has equipment to exercise all parts of the body. Lastly, I have thoroughly enjoyed the pool during the summer months. It is a nice size pool that is kept extremely clean. The pool area is lovely and makes for a great opportunity for a picnic with family. Last but not least, the apartment homes are very conveniently located to everything you will need to do in Hoover as well as having easy access to the interstate. The Retreat at Rocky Ridge is an awesome chose for you and or your family to live!

It's a Great place to live if you can afford the High water bill otherwise it's clean, VERY QUITE LOVE DEE&NILA and the convience to EVERYTHING MAINTANCE is great. if you all be considerate seniors with fixed income If it wasn't for 150.00 water bill I WOULD NEVER move!!!!

The Retreat at Rocky Ridge was my best choice. The space is wonderful. The community is quiet. My dog enjoys the community and the dog park. Maintenance comes basically immediately. I'm thankful for the staff and to the person who recommended me.

Just don't. We thought we would like it upon viewing the property. Naudia didn't send my lease until THE DAY I WAS READY TO MOVE IN! Also, there was a hole in the wall in the guest bathroom. It took almost a week of repeated emails, phone calls, and lying (from management) to get it fixed. Management is incompetent (understatement). Oh, and the kicker: they have rats. There is literally a rat stuck on a trap in my hallway right now. I've Never had a problem like that in the places I've stayed. Not to mention, we saw it last Thursday, and there won't be any pest control until Wednesday. I really had high hopes. Just keep looking.

I lived in my apartment for three years and had a great experience. I had plenty of room inside and outside storage. They are pet-friendly, which was important for me because I needed to have a place to bring my dog. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was very responsive to maintenance requests. The manager was a great communicator and responded quickly to problems. The complex was always quiet. I got to know some of my neighbors and always felt safe. I loved the location in Hoover, and the price was very reasonable.

I have lived the Retreat at Rocky Ridge Apartments for the last two years. I moved here from Maryland. These are some of the things I love about it here. 1. Very convenient, and great location right off of the highway. 2. Great grounds and maintenance guys. 3. Polite and helpful staff 4. Normally pretty quiet during day/night 5. Reasonable Prices for my apartment. Also, the mall that is literally 5 minutes away has every store in it and around it. and before I forget we now have a fire pit by the pool. :)

My husband and I have lived here for a few years and are pleased with management and maintenance! Deitra and the maintenance staff have been responsive and helpful. We ran into some flooding issues about three times, which is the reason for 4 stars. But I think that's likely just a weird unit location or situation. The hardwood floors are very nice. There were a few spots on the carpet when we switched to our second unit, but nothing too bad - our furniture covers it up. Overall, I would recommend living here. We are close to everything and in a great location. I think the only things that would be negatively associated with this apartment are issues you're going to find anywhere. The way Deitra responds to issues is what sets it above the rest in the Hoover area! The only reason we're moving is because we bought a house. :) Oh, and did I mention that they occasionally pass out breakfast when you're driving out of the complex? It really makes my day!

I have lived here around four year . This is by far the best staff we have had . They really go out there way to make you have a wonderful experience . Just last week the staff stood outside passing out chick- fil - a biscuits and juice . Which was very welcome !! Being on the run getting kids to school and getting to work .this speak VOLUME on the kind of staff we have at the Retreat AT ROCKY RIDGE. . Our maintenance team are the best Mr. Larry and Mr. Anthony always on top of things and it is greatly appreciated.
