Our move in has been very smooth. The apartment itself is very clean and the leasing team / staff has been very helpful in our move in process.
Need better lighting in the garage area, cameras in the hallway and a better trash collection area. Overall, the living situation is not that bad. Still waiting on my shower bar to be repaired.

I have lived here for 3 years and just renewed my lease. The building is well kept and clean, as well as the amenities. Staff are friendly but I have issues getting them to answer the leasing office phone so I end up having to walk there instead. The biggest? con is the cell service in most areas of the building is nonexistent.
It’s ok… a few on going issues in apartment and hallway has to be vacuumed and cleaned more often. The office personnel is helpful. Parking is has alot of cars that do not have a sticker, most probably do not below here legally. Area is still quiet and the gym is kept clean and nice.
So far it has been a really great experience. Living in this residential apartment offers a mix of benefits such as, affordability, convenience and perfect location.
Enjoying living at the Retreat! The pool is my favorite amenity . The maintenance staff n office staff r excellent. The majority of people living at the Retreat have become great friends.
I love living here because of the location. I dislike the package system and room the most. It’s super inconvenient, people delivering have a hard time finding where to go, and packages are always lost, misplaced, or taken. The property also has poor signal/phone reception. The gym could have some additional equipment. The office could answer the phones more. If those aspects were improved, residents would have a much smoother living experience. Overall I like it here. Some things just need to be improved.
Love the retreat at Sawgrass! Clean, SAFE and friendly environment! Would recommend to friends and family to live here! The pool is always a great place to spend free time.

Love it here at Retreat at Sawgrass !! all the amenities in the building are Top! There are 2 pools with BBQs, awesome gym, work stations and the building is always well taken care
I have loved it here since I moved in! From the amenities to location to maintenance. It has been amazing. I imagine living here for the future.
There have been some mild discrepancies, including aesthetics within the apartment and updated cabinets and not fully closable doors - the garbage disposal is very far away for the entire floor of the building… The staff has been beyond helpful, especially Dragana.
Nice community to live in, we have polite neighbors, it’s like were are living in a resort. Love the pools, the gym , and we have many shopping malls around the community Maintenance guys and office staff are really nice people
The complex is kept nice and clean. Stairwells could be cleaner. Other residents need to use the trash shoots. But overall it's great and the new staff are doing well.
Pros: Clean community/units, friendly staff, fairly priced Cons: calls dropped in apartment, appliances outdated, walls seem to be just a bit thin
It’s been great living here. Haven’t experienced a lot of disturbances and the area is really nice with everything close by, from supermarkets to gas stations.

We’ve lived here since 2020 and love it here, we feel safe. It’s truly a lovely community. We absolutely love our view of the pool and courtyard.
Overall its a great community with minimal issues. Since the take over from AMLI the cleanliness has improved. That gate seems to be constantly broken but the staff is very pleasant and helpful.
Management , maintenance staff are always there to help . Communication ???? . Grounds are kept up - beautiful views ! Let’s all pick up after our dogs to keep the property looking good and healthy . It’s our responsibility as residents . Management can only continue to reinforce and if we the residents need to take pictures than let’s do it !!! Let’s keep our home clean and beautiful !??
I think it’s a wonderful place. Huge place amazing place. The gate is a little broken every now and again. Cleanliness has gotten better but not fantastic
Units are nice and spacious and there are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. Park & Ride is 5’ away in the BB&T parking lot for anyone wanting to take the 110 Express to Brickell.
I just recently moved in one month ago and i must say i LOVE it here. The units are HUGE! The property is very clean.. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They greet you with a smile and make you feel welcomed. The area is very nice, very close to sawgrass mall and literally across from BB&T center. I couldn't have picked a better AMLI property to call home...
DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE OKAY WITH PEOPLE STEALING FROM YOU. Left my car in the garage which you have to gain access thru gate and lift arm and someone stole items from my locked Vehicle. OF COURSE this place doesn't have cameras that work properly. DO NOT MOVE HERE, management is awful, the garbage is always overflowing and roaches everywhere. Also heard of alot of other criminal activity from neighbors that is never made away to the community. This place is not worth the amount you spend on rent. Completely unacceptable. The Tenants and New Management are not trustworthy. This Place Needs to have a deep look into the heavy crime and No Amenities for the Holidays, Both Pools being remodeled. And the Security Officer sleeps in the Clubhouse overnight, Straight Waste of Money

I've been here now for almost a year and can continue to say how impressed I am with living here. The office and maintenance staff are ABSOLUTELY wonderful! The pool area is beautiful and always clean, the gym has good quality equipment and is always clean. The hallways to the apartment (which was a major concern for me) and the garage is always kept clean! And for the most part the neighbors are wonderful. I feel very safe and convenient in a great location easy access to everything; stores, highway, market, mall etcI highly recommend.
AMLI Sawgrass Village is a fantastic community. Its extremely pet friendly which was very important to my family and I.
Chantelle is AMAZING! I searched a couple communities but what made me fall in love and pick this community was because of the way Chantelle treated me. She went above and beyond answering all my questions and showed me a couple apartment homes until I decided on the perfect one. That is so rare to find these days. She is an incredible, professional, and super sweet leasing consultant! Daniel was also very helpful and great as well. I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment community to check AMLI out and ask for Chantelle and Daniel!

The AMLI staff is great, I have always felt valued as a resident and they are always so friendly and helpful. The community is beautiful and in a great location, however, it could use a few updates as the rental rate is on the higher side.
I moved here with a intent of having a peaceful environment and to my surprise AMLI Sawgrass exceeded all of my living expectations. The staff are very responsive and they work as a team. You guys ROCK!
As an AMLI SAWGRASS resident for the past five years, Ive had such an amazing experience living here. I truly doubt another community will ever come close to what its like living here and being part of a special family! MIMI
I was really hoping for a nice quiet, well protected, well kept residency and Amli met all my requirements! For the most part the tenants are polite, the place is clean and I feel safe.

The entire staff at AMLI Sawgrass Village work very hard to keep this place immaculate. It truly is like living in a resort. Jessica is very attentive and gets things done in a timely fashion. Someone is always cleaning, painting, etc.
For the past 4 months there has been one single functioning treadmill in this high traffic gym. Management has made no effort to fix this. If this is important for you I do not recommend coming here. This review will be updated if the situation improves.
My husband and I visited their location Thanksgiving week to inquire about a rental. We were greeted quickly, warmly, and professionally by Jessica, who is the Assistant Manager. We'd met a few other property agents earlier that week, and Jessica stood out as exceptional! She took the time to give us a proper introduction, answer our questions, then provided guidance for a self-guided tour. She is the only agent who not only followed up the same day, but made an effort on providing pricing for different floor plan options if we signed by a certain date. We found the property clean, modern, and comfortable. We plan to rent with in this development, until we are ready to purchase our next property.
AMLI Sawgrass is a quiet but convenient location. Management is friendly and for the most part try to guardedly assist.
Extremely unsatisfied with this apartment and overall experience with AMLI. Most staff is not attentive or helpful, usually when I call there is never an answer or call back. There were broken appliances and fixtures. Filled with mold in the showers and sinks.
My experience at the AMLI Sawgrass Village has been amazing so far. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities make you feel like you live at a resort. The staff is also super friendly and helpful, especially Chantell! She has been very kind, thorough, and patient since my first visit at the property and throughout my entire move-in process. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff is very important to me and played a big role in my decision on which complex to live in, I am glad I chose the AMLI!
Lived here for 9 months and theyve been excellent. Natalie and Chantell are always super friendly and eager to help resolve any issues. Apartments are gorgeous and maintenance is always around to fix anything.

The manager at Amli Sawgrass was mentioned several times in past reviews by others. My personal experience is that Kirk is a great manager and he always works issues you bring to his attention until you are satisfied
The best of the best in Sawgrass area. I have friends in Portico, Nexus, and Tao Towers. AMLI Sawgrass Village is the best combination of location, quality, community, staff, maintenance, and amenities.
