Property Ratings at The Retreat at Scioto Creek
I scheduled a tour 2 weeks ago and to date I have not received a response, I went directly to the office and it is closed, there is no type of notice indicating the absence of people and they have a posted schedule on the door indicating that they should be there During that time and additionally, I have sent them text messages and emails and I still have not received a response. In short, they are not capable of handling the public and they have terrible attention. I looked for all the means of contact and none of them were positive.
I called and asked if they were available for tours and they instantly said no with no explanation. Red flag. Not giving them my money.
I applied for an apartment here at Retreat May 6th 2024. All documents needed were in hand and app fee was paid for. I was told I would hear back in a week at most and they would have an apartment to show by the following week. It is now May 28th and nothing, whenever I reach out there is no response or responsibility from the management. I keep being told my application is still in " compliance". A month later seems irrational. This is an income based apartment however, I don't have CMHA so I would be paying my rent in it's entirety. The office staff are also not very friendly, you can definitely assume it's just a job to them and folks lively hood means nothing to them.
