So far so good. Just moved in over the weekend. All who I've met are friendly, just like the leasing office personnel. I'm looking forward to exploring the amenities and meeting more folks.
I feel confident I can talk to my Leasing office about anything or concerns. I was so happy to hear they accepted my kitten as a emotional support animal.
We love it here. Very pet friendly, beautifully kept, maintenance is quick to help and the office staff are very friendly.

Very friendly office staff and maintenance team. Everything you want is here two salt water pools, small gym and gas grills. I live here since 2019 and my mom has live here since 2011. Don't want to live anywhere else. Recommend everyone to stop by and check this place out.

Noisey neighbors above me and noisey construction with the new Jack's. Very concerned about traffic when the construction is complete with the car wash. Rent is too high. I do not think I will be renewing my lease.

It’s been hard this time around living with Lee students. I’ve had an issue with my neighbors smoking pot and have have complained on multiple occasions to management, onsite courtesy officer and even City Police Department . It’s now time again to be able to open windows but I can’t because the fouls smell permeates my apartment. It also is horrible parking when college is back in session because they allow so many to live in one apartment, causing the parking lots to be filled even in visitor parking.

I have lived here over 5 years and I have to say our current office staff and maintenance team our doing an outstanding job! My daughter and her family have recently become residents here also. Erin was their leasing agent and has been awesome! They had a few things that needed correction in their unit and our maintenance staff of Chandler and Brad took care of them within hours of them taking procession of their apartment!

We just moved in, a week ago. It's a good apartment. Our kids seem to like it here so far. They really like that there's a pool. The movers that The Retreat at Spring Creek recommended did very well. The employee that showed us our apartment is very helpful. We like that we are living in a gated community. It makes you feel a little safer. We seem to have good neighbors. The people we have met have been nice and friendly so far.

Great environment, neighbors are very friendly, amenities are nice as well. It’s convenient to take a stroll on the greenway, relax by the pool, or even get your workout in for the day. Then come back and relax on the balcony as the sun goes down it’s very peaceful.

I have been here 3 years, but over the last year or so the apartments seem to be revolving doors and even if you say hello to the people around you, they ignore you or the vicious dogs they are walking strain at the leash and bark and act like they want to attack you. As for the dogs, there seems to me to be one in every other apartment. Also, quite a few people do not pick up the dog’s poop or even worse they let the dogs’ poop or pee in the breezeways and sidewalks and leave it there (it has been reported several times). Over the past year both of our cars have been hit while parked in the parking lot by people that do not make an effort to park carefully. As for security, my bicycle that was chained to a post under the steps (because we have no bike rack close by and I was told I could not park it by my door) someone used bolt cutters and cut my cable and stole my bike. My lease expires in one month and I am out of here. Because it seems it will get no better here.

Poor pest control, bee hives on every corner and the dogs bark constantly , rent is high but not as bad as other places around the us. Noise
What a nice place! We are enjoying our floorplan as well... having a fan in each room is a nice touch too. Only having one garbage disposal for the entire community is the only complaint that I have. Thanks!

Great apartment complex. Despite being next to a major highway, the road noise is minimal inside the apartment. Neighbors seem to be pretty friendly.

Great staff. Very friendly and attentive. Nice apartments. Lots of amenities. The other residents seem friendly so far. The pools are totally swimmable.
