My husband and I put a request in for our tub it was fixed the very next day, also had the backlights went out they were on it the next day. We love this place great for our dog and just a wonderful community.

Rate and rent increases. Nothing is fixed. They got rid of any one who knew about the property. Pool is never open

Very unorganized management staff. Extremely poor maintenance workers. What you will experience is very poor structure and a chance to waste your money. Here’s my experience. I signed a 6 month lease, and within 4 months literally had maintenance come out 14 times. I had a gaping hole in my shower from tiles falling out, that wasn’t fixed for about a month even after I called and complained. Rent was paid. I’m a very professional, quiet, respectable young woman and they never had a complaint about me. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to my worst enemy. They charge very high rent for very low-grade housing. My advice is pay attention to reviews. Multiple 1-star ratings, mean something. If I could give no stars l, I would. If you hear about this place I would RUN the other way. I see it as a blessing in disguise that I only chose to sign a short term lease ! Thank you God!
The apartments are in much worse condition than the appear on the pictures. There paperwork requirements are insane. They will try to steal your deposit. The maintenance men are incompetent!! STAY AWAY!!
