Midvale offers a host of outdoor activities for residents, with Copperview Recreation Center as well as three parks in the city—Midvale City Park, Fire Station Park, and Bingham Junction. Property Ratings at The Ridge Apartments
The views come at a price. I've lived here for 3 months and my experience has been completely corrupted by the pest issue this complex has. Specifically the southern most building as I don't know if this pertains to the rest of the structures. The southernmost building is located right next to a boxelder tree (10 ft. away). Due to the cheap construction of this complex (as I'm sure you'll read about once you get past the paid reviews) they have infested the entire building from the stairways, to the hallways, and MOST IMPORTANTLY the units. The worst part about this, is that management does nothing to combat this as they aren't technically liable to do so. I'm counting down the days until my lease is done, unfortunately the worst is yet to come as it's not even spring. For future residents that are considered about this, DO NOT SIGN HERE (APT A210).

I've never knew a place like this existed! I moved to Utah from Oregon just last week, moving away from home for the first time in my life. Although that was a stressful process, the second I walked into the leasing office I knew that I was home. Mindy made me and my boyfriend feel so comfortable, and she was so accommodating to us and our move. She was super helpful, and we were sold the same day we came and looked at the place. I've been here for a week now and I couldn't be happier. The amenities are incredible, our apartment is beautiful, and the view is amazing. Not to mention the convenient places that are nearby that I shop at on a weekly basis like Trader Joes, Target, Walmart, etc. I absolutely love living here and highly recommend to anyone looking for apartments!!!
I recently moved in to The Ridge at the end of August. It was a difficult transition for me going from my family home to a smaller apartment. The ladies in the management office are truly spectacular. Mindy, Alicia and Launnee have been extremely helpful and thoughtful with helping my move manageable. They have been lifesavers! The apartment is very nice and the amenities (the ones I've used so far) are well kept. I have some friendly neighbours and the maintenance staff answered my emergency call after hours promptly. I also love that there is underground parking and secure doors. You cannot enter the buildings unless you are a resident or a guest of a resident. I feel very safe especially since I have a young son. There is also the convenience of storage lockers in the underground parking. My son and I love it here! - Maria J.

I toured a plethora of properties before arriving at The Ridge. The minute I walked into the Leasing Office I was enthusiastically greeted by the staff and was privileged to work with Mindy to execute my lease. Mindy toured me through a unit, helped provide a few options from me to choose from, and made the entire process seamless and worry-free. I am very excited about the incredible views from the deck, the pool area, underground parking, etc. The required media package includes underground parking and is cheaper than the other properties that have separate fees for EVERYTHING. Thank you Mindy and team for making my experience so fantastic!
I love my new place. The view of the mountains is amazing from my balcony and my room. Also there are so many places to eat nearby. Everything is brand new and well maintained. The freeway is nearby which is super convenient for me to get to work. The staff is super helpful and super friendly as well. I would absolutely recommend living here.

There are so many lovely things about this community! To start, I could not be happier with the management. They really care about their residents and it shows. The units are beautiful! I love the finishes. And the location could not be any more convenient. It's close to the freeway, great shopping, and a variety of fabulous eateries.
The staff is very accommodating, the views are incredible and we can't wait to sit by the fire pits this winter. Close to stores, freeway,!and good schools.
These apartments are awesome! The location is awesome super close to I 215, food options and entertainment. The view is amazing! The management staff is the best I have ever dealt with! The amenities are really nice as well. I do wish there was a small dog park but that's above and beyond. I am very happy living here and would recommend it to anyone!
You cannot beat the view from The Ridge Apartments! These brand new apartments are in an awesome location being next to a ton of food options, shopping, and close to the freeway for easy access to Salt Lake City and the mountains! The view of the mountains and downtown is amazing from your apartment, the patio, the gym, and even the pool! I love it! The office staff is fantastic, super friendly and helpful. They will do everything they can to help you out and make you feel at home. Maintenance is very timely and everything is already brand new and clean which makes your move in a breeze and hassle free. The Ridge Apartments provide community games out on the huge patio and they also coordinate resident events so you can get to know your neighbors. I have lived here for about 6 months and cannot be happier with my decision! Thanks Mindy and Alicia!

I moved into The Ridge a month ago and couldn't be happier with my choice. Both Mindy and Alicia are amazing to work with! They made the application and move-in process a breeze and have been beyond responsive anytime I've had questions. The apartment itself is fantastic, and due to it being brand new construction everything is clean and new. Also, the view of the mountains is spectacular to wake up to every day. The location is perfect for me due to the close proximity to work, downtown, and the mountains. Rent here and you will not be disappointed!
