Property Ratings at The Ridge
I live across the way, in the condominiums. I have seen a lot of changes in my time here. Not all good. This however, is for the GOOD! I have lived here for 5 + years. Ever since the new manager (Matt) has been on site, there has been several improvement's. The parking has improved immensely. The property itself has gotten a lot cleaner. Less clutter on decks on the apartment side, and they even locked up the garbage area, and gave resident's on both sides a key. Since then, I have not seen anyone dumping crap. I see him regularly walking around engaging with residents and us condo neighbors. I even see him on the weekends. He and the maintenance, were able to open the pool for the first time in 2 or 3 years. It is crystal clear and is packed every day. I am on a tight budget , and the pool is about the only entertainment and or regular exercise I get. So thank you a million times! Highly recommend if you are renting.

I have lived here 8yrs in October....This place has come a long way since i moved in....we have had several managers and maintenance people. Finally, this place has a FANTASTIC TEAM..... Matt the manager is the BEST manager this place has ever had. I went to him shortly after he started and talk to him about all the problems I had before he came...he started looking into all of it and started getting it taken care of... He's very easy to talk to and listens to what you have to say...he never makes you feel rushed when talking to you and if you have issues he looks into it and takes care of it. He really does care about the residents here. I will say parking has been a big issue here especially red zone parking and finally Matt is getting it controlled...I hope he stays forever!!!!! Part of the team is maintenance....Jason the head of maintenance is by far the BEST one we have ever had...he has fixed everything i have been asking for for the last 7yrs...i put requests in and he's on top of it....he goes above and beyond to get everything taken care of. When he gives you his word he keeps it...also very easy to talk to and listens to what you have to say..He also cares about the residents here... Anywhere you live is going to have issues...For me this is a great place to live...Rents are decent, the W/S/G/E is very decent, they allow any breed of dog...I tell people about this place all the time...So yes i recommend living here and i hope Matt and Jason stay forever and i hope this company realizes what a Great team they have in Matt and Jason and keep them forever!!!!!

I have tried at least a dozen times to call The Ridge and have only been able to get voice mail although this ad gives a contact number to call. I have also left an email without a response and have called the main Affinity management office. You will NEVER get to talk to a human, only voice mail. If this is how they do business when trying to contact them, they have got to be an awful management company for tenants to deal with. CARPE DIEM!!! No Affinity properties for me!!!
