Property Ratings at ARIUM at Lowry
The inside of the apartment is nice, and some units have recently been upgraded. I have lived her for several years and the place is going downhill fast. Major issues here are trash, lack of parking, gates frequently not working and inaccurate charges on accounts. This used to be a nice place to live, but not anymore.

It's a nice place to live. The staff is friendly, and the amenities are well kept! I've enjoyed living here for the past two years!
So far living atThe Ridge has been a great experience. Management is really nice and helpful. The apartments are clean, updated, and quiet.
Maintenance is fast …very pleased with their responses
Everything is perfect love the atmosphere really quiet
The Ridge at Lowry has been a positive experience for me. I have lived here for two years now and I have had ZERO major issues that would make me want to leave. I have had some mishaps with water (washing machine) but the maintenance crew jumped right on it and took care of it. The people in the office and the maintenance crew are nice and friendly and eager to help you solve any issue you may have.
I have lived here for four years and we were lucky to acquire a completely restored apartment, I loved its layout, the view, the lighting and the amenities provided. I'm not complaining because when we have needed some repair lately like cleaning the heating, it was attended to immediately
Great community in a great area surrounded by great food.
I have lived here 6 years and over that time period the complex has degraded. Trash is a huge problem. People who will not clean up after their pets is a huge problem.
The maintenence staff is amazing. The office always awnsers questions and I appreciate the efforts of everyone. It's quite here and I love all of these things
I would not recommend living here to anyone. There is constant issue with my rent being charged incorrectly, homeless people living within the gated parking lot & not being towed so there is no enforcement of that policy either. Neighbors are not considerate at all of their surroundings & constantly play music that I can hear & feel.
Over all I have had good experiences living at Ridge at Lowry even when COVID-19 begin in 2020 and changes in management
Recently the AC in our apartment randomly stopped working properly, to the point that the temperature was around 85 degrees at 10:00pm. We tried to fix it that evening to no avail, so I submitted a maintenance request the following morning at 7:00am when it still wasn't working. Within just 4 hours, Curtis had the AC working properly and replaced the air filter too! We've needed a couple of minor repairs since recently moving in, and Curtis has always been friendly and communicative with repair time. I am extremely grateful for his swiftness and professionalism in all that he does, and I truly hope that he receives the recognition that he deserves! Thank you very much, Curtis!
Never again! No safety, overpriced and my children can't even safely go to the pool without seeing private parts
Security haven't done hourly checks ( They're job) since the guy with the locs which has been about a year. Cars broken into, homeless either slip through gates or walk through the stuck open main gate. 1/3 gates never work.. 2/3 works most of the time but that main gate will drive you up the wall! Worse part is pool parties are 3-5 nights a week, consist of drugs, alcohol and public nudity. Don't bring your kids here! Maintenance (Curtis)is good but the management doesn't care for quality repairs like maintenance does.
Great value for the size of the apartment you get compared to other complexes in the area. Maintenance is incredibly efficient and responsive.
Broken gates, security never makes rounds, cars broken into, no parking, trash severely overflows every other week, clears are giving guap guap .5 in the hot tub. .. Falling apart physically and maintenance isn’t the problem yall. It’s management.
Everyone is super nice and makes sure all your questions are answered. They are always in a good mood and don’t make you feel like a bother for needing help.
Very high end community, with an enjoyable patio and fantastic ambiance when you leave your window open.
This has been the best complex I’ve lived in. The entire Ridge at Lowry team is amazing. They communicate effectively, ensure that our community is clean, and does a great job reinforcing policies among residents. On top of that, our home is beautiful and the amenities are nice. Even a dog park for my fur baby.
The Ridge at Lowry is a great place to live. The apartments are very spacious. I love the garden tub, & high ceilings. The large windows gives you the perfect amount of sunlight.
Very clean, secure and overall friendly staff. One of the best apartments I’ve lived at here in Denver
There are four nice things about living here: 1) Walking distance to the Bus stop, and a small shopping area 2) Amenities, nice pool, gym, grill area... 3) Finishes inside apartment and lobby are beautiful such as granite, travertine, stainless steel appliances, etc... 4) Maintenance staff is great especially Curtis The worst part about living here, which is a HUGE deal: 1) The management team! When we first moved in two years ago, they were awesome, however, toward the end of 2022, a new team came in and they suck! I have been trying to get back to them about some subjects for now more then a month and have yet to hear back from them. 2) Expensive rent for the area they can charge more because they label this community as a "Gated Community" yet every time I entered the complex there would be 2 - 3 cars waiting at the entrance to get in and park illegally yet never get towed or punished when parking all night next to a fire lane or handicap parking spot. It is technically in Denver but it is more Aurora I hear car rallies gun shots and the street parking there are a abundance of people parked on the street living in there cars/motor vehicle homes. There has been a number of accidents there as well when the car is parked on the street. 3) Community is very loud and noisy can never get any sleep if you do decide to rent here for whatever reason make sure you live on the top floor the flooring makes it seem like there is a giant that lives upstairs from you.
From the start, everyone at the Ridge at Lowry has been responsive, courteous, and professional. The apartments are great, and the surrounding neighborhood is pretty quiet.
If you are Looking for an safe and excellent community to live, The Ridge at Lowry is the place to be. I highly recommend them for professionalism in how they respond to issues and customer service. The place is clean and they work very hard to keep it that way. Not to mentioned I do my part as a resident. I don’t expect them to do everything.
This is a terrible apartment community theres only few residence that are mindful and polite. The leasing agents are horrible every experience Ive had with them is horrendous as well as the management. I cant wait to move out of this place!
The ridge at Lowry is in a good location, big rooms, high ceilings, staff is always helpful and have little events, amenities are a plus. You get what you pay for abd its worth it!
What a fantastic place to live and grow as a community of diversity. I m so grateful for a well- put together- staff who find a way to make it work.
The new property manager is the most rude person I've ever dealt with. Our A/C has been in and out since September 2019 and when I called to complain, Jessica was dismissive and combative, eventually hanging up on me. So now not only do I have to wait until goodness-knows-when to get working AC, but I'm paying rents to someone that felt comfortable hanging up on me midsentence. Avoid this company at all costs.

Thank you for reaching out. Our maintenance team and HVAC vendor were both able to confirm that the HVAC in your unit was repaired and fully functional within 1 business day of your work order (on Monday, October 5th). Unfortunately, our attempts to reach you for confirmation have been left unanswered.Additionally, our staff is trained to end communications with individuals if/when the conversation becomes hostile and/or volatile. We apologize for your inconvenience, but will do our best to continue to resolve your issues in a respectful and timely manner.
I’m a current resident and loved this place up until the shooting occurred here a few weeks ago. There was a triple shooting in the apartments and management sent 0 communication to the residents. I reached out a couple of times asking when they would be informing us. No response. The only reason I found out was because I was here at the time and follow the news. It seems like management doesn’t care about the safety of the tenants and I have no plans to resign my lease because of the lack of communication.

The safety of our residents is our top priority, and we would like the opportunity to talk with you directly. Please contact the Business Office or email us at RidgeatLowryMGR@pinnacleliving.com. We look forward to hearing from you.
I like the location and amenities. However there is nothing making me special, leasing office has no idea who I am. Used to be very different, was much friendlier when Jackie was there.
I love this place so much and recommend it to anyone anytime maintenance are prompt and the office people are very courteous l love the environment too it?s so nice and neat always
Too expensive compared to other apartments in the area. Sound travels too easily through walls, I can hear EVERYTHING my neighbors do.
Positive: the complex is very nice and well-maintained, and the apartment units themselves are spacious and comfortable. Negative: Location; the surrounding area is not particularly nice or safe. Noise; have had several issues with noise and especially with dogs barking during the night or early morning
I like it overall, but think there's tiny little things that could improve the experience. A working front gate would be awesome. The option for the valet trash rather than a mandatory.
The only thing I don?t like is that a lot more people are being evicted or moving out because of the community getting more dysfunctional. Kids are in the all hours of the night unattended.
Very nice large apartment, great clubhouse and fitness with nice pool. My rehab unit is very nice! Location is not ideal unless you fly a lot as I do easy to access DIA but nothing to walk to. Areas are all well kept. Leasing Staff is excellent!
I just signed another year lease but moved from the large 2 bedroom to the middle sized 1 bedroom thanks to the hot, Denver rental market. The 2 bedroom was in pretty good condition and the neighbors in the building were really great. A great layout and space for the money in 2016. Just like many of the other properties in Denver, there is not enough parking and a wait list for carport and garage. The dogs of the community have better amenities than children. Pet owners in the community are pretty irresponsible about picking up after their dogs. Here lies the complaints. 1. You will pay $25 a month for valet trash service AND $3.15 trash removal charge on another bill. You will pay your Excel bill with gas and electric which is $80-200 a month AND $2.00 for the commons area gas AND $8-10 a month for commons area electric. You will also pay administration fees for the third party utility bill (which includes water and sewer). Basically, add an extra $50-$70 a month on top of the Excel bill and rent. Be sure to take pictures of every single part of your apartment with before and after because you will get charged for every single thing. Oh, and add $50 for the cleaning fee and $100 for carpet cleaning automatically for move-out even if you clean well and the carpet looks great. My new one bedroom building neighbors are growing marijuana and toking regularly. Oh, the property is now a smoke free property. The pool area is vandalized regularly. My stove top has been melted in a fire, the burners are rusted, the bathtub has gouges all over, the carpet is new, the bathroom is so moldy that we have had ER visits with respiratory infections, the fridge is new, and all the grout is ruined with stains and mold. The one bedroom apartment is like a 2.5 star motel in a questionable yet, close to amenities city location.
I like the apartments, mine is roomy even thought I share it with someone. The landscape seems neat and clean. The work out room and pool is well maintained. Pool had a BBQ pit with it. I met some nice people at the Chili cook off and we roasted marsh mellows together. The staff is super nice and friendly. I met them at the cook off too. Big TV room and lots of room in clubhouse for a big party if you want. Or just go into the clubhouse and read a book in the nice surroundings. Walk to a few places. Close to al things a person needs.
I've lived here once before for 3 years and I moved back, because I again got more space for the money; counter space/large kitchen, large rooms with large windows and nice fixtures. This time around it's a 2 bedroom and even though the price is adequate it's not perfect for a small community. We've had a few issues with this place since moving in April 2015; hard water, chipped appliances & countertops, low water pressure, a door that's a bit off, leaky fridge/freezer, fan lighting, weak water pressure, bad dish washer, and a hole in my closet ceiling. However all were noted and/or fixed in a timely manner which is always less than 48 hours. I would say it's bothersome with maintenance issues but who's not to say all those issues are not solely this apartment? The biggest problem is parking, there is not enough free parking and they tow frequently! The property is well maintained, has a very good 24/7 Gym, recreational area and heated pool and hot tub year round. There is a dog park area of sorts as I see a lot of dog owners. Trash service is at your door 5 nights a week and the staff is awesome. With all the high priced junk surrounding the area this is still a very good quite community. I give Rosemont a B for its charm! This has been the best apartment community I've lived in so far.
