Goodlettsville is a small suburban city on Interstate 65 in north-central Tennessee, about twenty minutes north of downtown Nashville and thirty minutes south of the Kentucky state line. The location puts Nashville at everyone’s fingertips, whether they’re commuters heading to work or folks just hopping down to the bigger city at their leisure. The south side of Goodlettsville contains several large shopping centers, and the east side is home to Moss-Wright Park, a huge public recreation area with sports fields, a dog park, and trails along Mansker Creek.

Property Ratings at The Ridge Goodletsville
I've lived at the Ridge for over five years. The current management is absolutely worthless. They are rude and surly. They provide terrible service. They cannot keep basic needs met (water and electric). Way too expensive for small places that are not well maintained.
The experience started out alright, an attractive price and decent looking apartments. Then the neighbors floor collapsed. Shortly after, the upstairs apartment had a leak that dropped buckets of water into our hallway. During the summer, mold began to take over. It’s been two years, and all they’ve given us is a dehumidifier that’s only making our light bill bigger. Two years they’ve known about the problem and nothing done. Our kitchen floor has been sinking for months. The appliances are old. The trash service leaves garbage on your doorstep for weeks at a time. At $875 you might give The Ridge a chance. But your rent will increase exponentially every year. In two years rent has gone from a reasonable $870 to an astonishing $1200 and NOTHING aid being improved, changed, or fixed.
My morning begins at about 8:45 am as the rising sun pours in from my Eastward facing window, across Highway 31W, and the small mountainous and wooded ridge beyond. My neighbor sits upon his porch drinking coffee, muttering silently to himself as he stares across the grass hill above our recently rebuilt front decks. We rest on the western slope of a valley, and I waive to my neighbors climbing up the hill as I bounce my way over the many speed bumps that unnecessarily slow my decent, until I make my way out of the complex, and then again as I re-enter. Being close to the interstate makes travel easy. My fiance and I opted for the quaint 600sq ft one-bedroom, where we live with our lazy pet cats. Our unit is one of the upper corner ones, with us only having adjoining neighbors below, and to the side. It has been a relatively quiet couple of years that we have called the Ridge our home, and we've seen all sorts and walks of life come and go. The maintenance has been most adequate, even upon our water heater bursting from the bottom, they were able to install a new one within only a couple of days, and recently replaced the gutter that had fallen from the side of our unit. The new Valet waste disposal service is a very nice addition, and now I no longer have to walk my garbage to the dumpster bins. I would recommend this apartment complex to someone similar to myself, but not to the type of people that generally occupy here. Could be a good place for you, who knows.
