I've had an awesome experience working with Elanie and Tomas for my move in. To them, I wasn't just another tenant. They gave a very warm welcome and were super knowledgeable and helpful as they provided me with everything I needed and keeping me updated on the process. I was relaxed the entire time! Anything that was wrong with the unit (which was little to none) was taken care of by maintenance in great time. The property is well maintained and spacious. I highly recommend this place! 5/5
Roach infested apartments, pool has been closed since we moved in a year and a half ago. Cars pulling up all the time to buy drugs on neighbors, semi trucks sitting idle outside the units all day and night leaving us feeling unsafe. Water turned off all the time with no notice from the apartment as to why or when it would be turned back on. Our door lock didn't lock properly almost the entire time we were living there, and their maintenance was unable to fix the issue. The final straw for us to move out was the gang activity around the complex, leaving us to feel unsafe. Gun shots and shouting all night. Management is terrible and unresponsive.
Infested with roaches, if you have a maintainer issue they will close your request and the issue still persist. Floods on the bottom floor
When looking for apartments I saw the scores and the polar opposite reviews. I thought "the bad reviews must have had bad experiences". However after living here for a little over 5 months I have become convinced that all the good reviews were either written by staff or are fake. Not a day goes by that I have not seen a roach in our place, despite the apartment supposedly doing monthly spraying or how clean we keep our apartment. The front office really does not care if you have a problem. During a storm a tree limb almost came through the master bedroom window and ended up resting on my window. I reported to the office that I would like them to cut it down so that if another big storm came it wouldn't go through my window. They put in the request but told me that who knows when it would get taken care of since it's not their top priority, two months later the limb ended up falling onto the sidewalk and stayed there for a few days until someone came and moved it. Another huge issue was our A/C being out during the dead of summer. The front office wouldn't take my roommate serious whenever he would call and report the problem and would sent maintenance to only fill the coolant. It took me coming home midday from work and talking to maintenance directly and reporting that there is probably a leak in our unit. Turns out there was and they had it fixed within the next two days. Their survey came out where they had the nerve to ask "how much money would you be fine with your rent increasing so we could upgrade our facility?" I am an easy going guy and understand that sometimes things are out of peoples controls, however I can not understand how I pay $200 more a month than my initial rent pricing and be this disappointed in an apartment. I honestly can not wait until my lease is up and I do not even think I can last until then. I would not recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know who has lived here has had the same experiences, if not worse. I would not wish this apartment complex on my worst enemy. Please do yourself a favor and not get suckered into these apartments based on how they seem whenever you first apply. Believe me you will regret it.
I have lived here for a couple years now and I love it. They are always quick to help me when needed. Maintenance is friendly and fast. It is convenient since everything can be done online now from work orders, payments, documents, and I was able to even renew online. Gym and Business center are y faves!
This apartment has the worst customer service I have ever seen. If you go with a small problem to be solved, they will give you attitude and I had a situation where I end up meeting with one of the lady (assistant manager), her name start with 'C' . She was rude , unprofessional, bad attitude , and so on. She didn't want to listen and acknowledged the problem I had instead blame me that it was my fault. I am so much waiting to end my lease.
Originally before choosing these apartments i read the reviews and was not impressed, however upon me going to the complex i was intrigued by how nice and helpful the clerks in the front office were. Come to find out this was only a front. One of the clerks has an attitude every time you step into the office. I ended up leasing the apartment with a wonderful view of the pool and great landscaping.....so i thought. First issue was that the rent that we were suppose to be paying was 740.00 Please help me understand why every month we are paying 900.00. IM still confused smh I moved in November while it was still cold. As spring approached the weather started getting warmer which meant what.....bugs bugs and more bugs. I woke up one morning with a buzzing HUGE wasp in my apartment as if it lived there with me. -_- I immediately ran to the apartment office to advise them to have maintenance come and kill this thing only to be told by one of the agents that there were NO MAINTENANCE on duty. She proceeded to say " Don't you have a man, he can kill it" I was in shock.... Needless to say i spent 3 hours in my apartment trying to kill an insect that i am ALLERGIC to. smh There were 2 more incidents were i came home and wasp were in my home. Another issue. i feel that you must always be professional when dealing with any clients or customers, in this case residence. The apartment clerks would freely speak negative and nasty about certain residence while other residence were in the office. How rude and unprofessional. When you call the office they never answer the phone. If you need to ask a question you may as well walk to the office because calling is not an solution. Summer came and there was a june bug or beetle (as some call them) infestation. they covered the walls and breezeways outside. you couldn't even walk out your front door without getting attacked by one of these june bugs. Gross. i cannot wait until my lease is up to move. This place is a major waist of money and energy.
Have been here almost a year. Very close to the airport where I work and down the street from school. I love the environment and the staff. If there any problem the office will take care of it on spot. It's overall the best experience for my first apatment.
I have lived at this property since March 2011. Yes, I have had issues with my apartment, but who doesn't? Every time I need something done it is taken care of quickly and done right. The office personnel is friendly and always treats me like I matter, and not just another rent check. I love living here, and recommend it to anyone who wants to be treated well, and live in a great location in Irving that is in the middle of everything!
Me and my roommate actually used apartments.com to find out apartment last month. It was a big help and the apartment we went with is awesome. They allow big dogs which we have two of, the office staff was extremely helpful, the apartments are very nicely priced for what all the amenities you are receiving, and it's conveniently located. The only complaint I would have would be that it's right by the airport so if u don't like that maybe not for you but other than that we couldn't be happier! Definitely an apartment I would choose again. :D
Being close to major highways makes it easy to get around and to other cities and the entire DFW area. And just down from DFW airport. You can also use the Intl highway through DFW airport and be in Grapevine in just a couple of minutes. Lots of restaurants and major shopping including Irving Mall.
