Property Ratings at The Ridge
Apartments are loud and there is a very "mixed bag" of tenants so your experience in an apartment may vary wildly. I can hear people snoring above me when they aren't walking on their heels waking me up or being inappropriately loud at 4 AM with their 'city' friends. Their behavior caused a 10 point grade drop in one of the classes I was taking due to how impossible it is to focus with them stomping around in boots. Rent keeps going up too and at this point they're becoming overpriced. Had a mouse in my kitchen but they responded to that quickly however smoke from the guy downstairs makes it through the same hole since I have to smell it on a constant basis.
I've living here almost 2yrs now and when something needs fixing it takes them forever to fix the issue. They start it but wait to finish what's wrong when its convenient for them the only good thing I can say about it is its close to public transportation and other attractions
Hi, I have been living here almost 6 years. This apartment complex is located in a nice neighborhood. It's accessible to good restaurants, gas stations and malls. We have good maintenance and leasing agents. We have a nice pool with lounge chairs and nice patios. We have 1 and 2 bedroom apts.
