Let's just say I've been a happy resident since August 2023 (here currently). I am delighted to be a part of this community. It's like family here. There's not a concern that doesn't go unaddressed. My property manager (Jessica) is such a joy to have. And my maintenance staff is such hard workers and dedicated to keeping our community a lovable place to live. This is my place of peace, and I hope they never get tired of me because I never want to leave.

The apartments are great they have good amenities and luxuries but the security is not great there needs to be cameras installed for our safety!!

The Riley is a nice place to live. For me, I needed a place closer to my job and that’s why I stoped by for a tour. The tour exceeded my expectations. I moved here in July 2023. For the most part I love living here. Office staff is nice enough and they are available/present If I need to come to them with my concerns.

The Riley is great place to live as a family. As a mother I feel better about my son playing outside here or taking walks with me as opposed to other places I have lived. The community is very quiet and calm. The gym and pool add a resort type of feel the apartments and I enjoy living here.

This has been a great move over all. I would suggest if you sleep really soft and aren’t much of a t.v watcher don’t move by the amenities. Great appliances, everything was cleaned and works properly. Management is easy to get in contact with.

There are so many things that we love about living here at The Riley Apartments! The whole leasing experience was phenomenal. The front office ladies who went above and beyond to make sure we were all set for our move in day! They were always very responsive and answered any questions or concerns that we had during our move in process. I still go them for any questions I might have and appreciate the friendly service I receive every time! We have also appreciated the amazing service and help the maintenance crew have provided us. They’re always ready and willing to fix any issue you might have! Now to our apartment and all the amazing amenities that we have! All the apartments are brand new and have AC which is a blessing right now. The kitchen is our favorite as it's huge and has a beautiful large island that we use to bake or prep meals on. The floors in the hallways and amenities are always clean and if anything happens maintenance is just either a call or request on the app away. Overall, we love living here and enjoy the community that The Riley has built here in Phoenix.
