Property Ratings at The Ritz Apartments
They wouldn't help me with brighter light in the hall to see people knocking on my door. The door was was busted out in the back stairwell the whole time. So, anyone and anything could come up. And did. They wouldn't give my deposit back or give a reason why.
The new owners are great moved in March first of 2021 they are fast to work on things really helpful. Easy to get ahold of I got a furnished unit love the furniture it came with over all a great experience so far.
All they want is money and they get into your personal life and nothing works and they are NOT good owners at all. You can here every noise and They should do a mold test for sure.
We have a 1 bed, 1 bath. It was a great place to live. The management staff are quick to respond and easy to work with. They are a little hard to get ahold of to move in but when they do finally contact you the process is quick and painless. We love the aged charm and feel. It was a great first apartment for us. The sound from the neighbors is tolerable but we had a really bad upstairs neighbor who would throw around furniture and slam his doors.
