Welcome to Washington Heights West

With 24 hour doorman service An Elevator A 24 hour laundry room A Bike room A Small Gym ($75 per YEAR) Storage Available and An Underground Parking Garage ($250 per MONTH) The River Arts Building is the place to reside wether you are looking to purchase a co op, or, you are looking to rent an apt in Washington Heights. The River Arts Building is located at 159-00 Riverside Drive West , it has 244 units and is 6 stories high. The building itself is kept spotless and fresh and so are the beautiful outdoor surroundings. The inside of the apt is spacious with wood floors, white walls, high ceilings and big windows in every room, including the bathroom and kitchen! Not to mention, there is a view of the GW Bridge and the Huddon River from every window in this cozy, light filled 2 bedroom! There is a rear, court yard entrance on Riverside Drive and there is also the amazing main, front entrance on Riverside Drive west, where you will find the Breathtaking views of the George Washington Bride, the New Jersey skyline and the sun, dancing across the Hudson River. We have Plenty of parks to play with the kids, pick nick, play tennis, skate board, ice skate and paths to bike, run and walk along the Hudson river as well. It's almost as if the city doesn't exist...even though you are right inside it. The building it self, is right around the corner (a 5 minute walk) from the 157th street and Broadway subway station where you can find banks, coffee shops, convenient stores, bars, restaurants, hospitals and a couple of groceries stores as well. Or you can hop right on the 1 train & take it just a couple of stops to 125th st and go to the infamous Fairway Market on the Hudson River and have a little picnic while you are at it. This area is to live for! It is safe, it is clean, it is convinient and the River Arts Building at 159-00 Riverside Drive West is a place I love coming home to!

Riverside Arts

This apartment is in the heart of New York City the city that never sleeps. This apartment has a doorman, laundry and a back entrance to the building when coming from the train. It also has a parking garage so that you have to search for a parking spot. The train station is a two to three minute walk and the bus stop is right front if the building. You have a view of the Henry Hudson an the New Jersey skyline. You can run or walk in riverside drive for exercise. This is a friendly neighborhood good for a family or just starting out. This building has daycare for working parents an it also has a gym to workout so you don't have to travel to the gym especially when it gets cold outside. There are supermarkets within walking distance and 24 hour convenience store. There is New York Columbian hospital two blocks away. You also have a view of the George Washington Bridge which is beautiful at night to see. This is a very spacious two bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. This apartment has huge widows so that you get lots of light. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. All and all this apartment building has all you needs that you could ask for.
