Persistent Apartment Flooding Issue: I'm facing a recurring problem in my apartment where the floor is frequently becoming wet. Despite my numerous attempts to address this issue with the management, I've encountered significant delays and a lack of responsiveness in resolving the problem. Repeated Complaints: I have diligently reported this issue to the apartment office on approximately ten separate occasions. Each time, I've clearly communicated the severity of the situation and the need for prompt action. Management's Response: Unfortunately, the management's response has been consistently inadequate: They continually postpone addressing the problem There appears to be a serious lack of urgency in handling tenant complaints The issue remains unresolved despite my persistent efforts Impact on Living Conditions: The ongoing flooding is not only inconvenient but also potentially hazardous, affecting my quality of life and potentially damaging the apartment itself. This situation highlights a concerning pattern of gross mismanagement and a failure to take tenant concerns seriously, leaving me frustrated and living in suboptimal conditions. Updates: Aug 2 still no measure from the management When I am trying to reach the maintenance guy, no satisfactory responses. Complaint made: 4 July, 2024 Today date: 2 Aug, 2024 situation not resolved. New update on Aug 26: still the situation is same. Still not resolved. August 31: still not resolved September 24: not resolved

I moved here 2 months ago and love it here. I know Amy and Lauren are fairly new, and are trying hard to resolve things. I saw no rudeness from office or maintenance staff. I also believe you get what you give. I had 2 issues and both were taken care of. These 2 ladies have alot on their plate. If you go in screaming and nasty all it does is cause stress. I have not done that. Maintenance is always working, I can see that. I personally don't plan on leaving. My apartment is big and the grounds are kept nice.

I have been here for 3 to 4 years and never had any issues until the last year. I have gad 2 water leaks with no attempt to fix. Currently have had water leaking into my hallway for 4 days. Great living environment!

I lived here for an entire year, and they were horrible if I could give zero stars I would! I called them on a Friday as soon as they opened to tell them something was leaking in my bathroom and I went the entire weekend with a puddle of water in my bathroom to the point it leaked down to my neighbor's apartment below me and they only came to my apartment because they called and said something too. They left a note on our door telling us I had to remove my daughters OUTSIDE toys off of the porch that have been outside since the day we moved in, and we had 30 days, or they were going charge us a fee for them being outside. Management never answers their phone or responds back to voicemails. My roommate and I called to tell them our rent was incorrect on the website to pay, and they did not fix it until 2 weeks before we moved out and told us we have to pay all the back rent before we move because THEY failed to acknowledge it was incorrect to begin with because of THEIR error with their system.

This is my boyfriend and I’s first apartment and moving out together. First of all the leasing process was absolutely horrible. We didn’t even know that we even got the apartment. I had to call them multiple times and even called their corporate office to even try to get an answer from them to see if we got this apartment. Corporate ended up telling us that we did get this apartment. The fact that they have poor communication skills and It takes them 4 months to fix anything in this place and even at that if it’s not a “” necessity, then it probably will never get fixed a lot of the maintenance team don’t really know what they’re doing and they’re very rude. A lot of the times I would go down there to ask when something was gonna be fixed they would rudely tell me that it would be fixed when it’s fixed. I don’t recommend moving here even if this is your first time moving out. Yes it’s a starter home but I also moved into this apartment and there was black mold on my bathroom ceiling the stove had not been cleaned. Nothing in the apartment was cleaned and they were fixing my bathtub faucet because it was constantly leaking. I’ve had more complications with this apartment and I haven’t even lived a full year here don’t move into this place.

So many problems maintenance constantly marks requests as completed when nothing was done at all. I can confirm the other review about the caved in roof. I was on the bottom floor and made multiple maintenance requests about it including pictures in some and they were completely ignored and marked completed a week later. It took them 10mo before someone actually did something. I'm in a "newly renovated" apartment and the work that was done was slap-dashed together by amateurs and/or people who don't care. The vents in the wall aren't even secured and just have screws into part the edge of the drywall one has already fallen out and I've had to secure it myself. I wouldn't be surprised if they try to say I didn't give them notice about not renewing my lease but I have that logged and documented. Terrible place and definitely not worth the money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX! I have a problem after problem for going on almost 2 years and the management could care less. My roof is currently caving in and the construction worker expressed how dangerous it is that we are in the apartment but management refuses to put us in a hotel. This is after the hallway roof feel down along with a light fixture and installation. Not to mention the other roof falling down in the apartment building across from us. I am truly worried for my safety and they could care less. When I first moved in, I ignored the bad reviews but PLEASE STAY AWAY. My previous apartment had glue seeping from the floors and for 12 months they never did anything after telling me they would multiple times. I had my sink leak and toilet stop working and despite putting in multiple orders no one came and I fixed it myself. If you care about your well being, do yourself a favor and keep searching.

I don't think this place has ever had management that truly cares about its residents. They care more about making every single penny they can off of everyone who lives here. Not to mention- maintenance sucks you'll end up having to figure something else on your own. The apartments themselves are trash. Nobody takes care of the bee's nests that are in the stairwells of the buildings or the spider webs along the railing. Oh, and to top it off- you'll get your car towed without warning or notice of where it's located. Seriously- don't live here.

These apartments look great in the photos but something will break every other week and will take months to have fixed. This place had awful management and then got new management and new owners and nothing changed. If I could give this place a zero i would just ask anyone who lives here about the issues.

My family and I currently live at Riverwalk Apartments. We’ve lived here for over 1 1/2 yrs and can’t begin to say enough good things about this property. The property is well maintained both inside & out. The complex is quiet & friendly with major attention focused on making the property a safe & comfortable living environment for families. The office staff go above & beyond to ensure all residents are comfortable & any & all issues are responded to immediately. In my opinion anyone looking for a comfortable well maintained family oriented property then look no further. Riverwalk is the absolute perfect choice.

Please It doesn’t matter how good of a deal this is. Do not under any circumstances live here. These apartments have flooded three times and the third time they did no one was given back rent or deposits. Management is horrible and when it did flood they left everyone in that complex high and dry AFTER telling everyone the the apartments wouldn’t flood. They refused to give you the proper information for flood insurance and they were horrible to work with. Please please please do your self a favor and never live here. If I could give it less than one star I would.

THIS PLACE IS awful the reason why they are so cheap is because they are so small the plumbing is terrible the support you get back from them is like they don’t even care about where you are living at their is always silver fish and other small bugs crawling around all the time the outside of it is terrible if you want to get a good apartment don’t look here it is really just awful

The apartments are over-priced, staff are never there, maintenance doesn't fix anything! Currently, My apartment was broken into, my car had a hit and run in their parking lot, next door neighbors were robbed, apartments were flooded, complex beside ours was robbed, cops are here every other weekend, Definitely not family friendly anymore, they repainted the parking lots making the spots about a foot smaller on each side, which has caused countless dents in both my cars, the repair-men for the flooded apartment got paint on my cars and i've received nothing in compensation, our closets have mold in the ceilings, the ceilings themselves look like they are about to split apart, bottom floors dont have railing to protect people from falling into their balconies, also the stars dont have railings on bottom floors so be warned if your walking in the dark, you can and will fall down the stairs, done it before, they dont care. also the headlights were stolen off one of my cars, after the flood they told us to not use the heat anymore, STILL waiting on them to tell us we can turn it back on, Maintance will not work on anything in apartment if they have to move ANYTHING and you will be Charged for them to come back to "fix" it (25-75 dollars). our sinks have never stopped being clogged, our bathroom fan has never worked, had maintance "look" at it and say they will come back. its been 6 months. rent randomly went up 20 bucks, no real rewards to renewing the lease. Doorframe on our apartment was busted before we moved in, pointed this out to them, they said they would fix it... its been 2 1/2 years Dude, just avoid this place. seriously. would only recommend if you are desperate. The swimming pool is nice. Most neighbors are nice.

I lived here during the flood in 2004. It was poorly handled. There were drugs and perverts throughout the complex. Horrible experience! Also, although they have remodeled, there is still mold within some of the buildings. A good friend still lives there and is having a very hard time because they say that there is not mold, but it is visible. And you can smell it. The location, pool and playground are great, but weigh your options.

I lived at the Riverwalk Apartments for about 2 years. In my opinion, if you're looking for somewhere affordable, with decent living conditions, and a family friendly environment, then you may want to put this on your list of "My potential new homes." The rules at these apartments are heavily enforced, which, if you enjoy serene, silent nights and beautifully peaceful mornings, then consider this place as even more of a feasible option. Also, the staff is GREAT - they would give you the shirts off of their backs if they had to! Just be sure to abide by the rules and you're golden.
