The Rocca Piazza at Paces

I really enjoy living in this community! It’s in a nice, quiet area with convenient access to different spots in Atlanta within 10 to 15 minutes, which is one of the things I love most about it. The leasing team has been very welcoming and helpful. While I experienced a few hiccups during the move-in process, the mistakes were corrected in a timely manner. Overall, I’m very happy with my apartment and the community.

I like the walkable location and its convenience to I-75, the staff (both office and maintenance), and the hardwood floors. The hallways, garage, and other common areas are kept very clean. The gym is nice. I don’t like how hard it is for drivers to deliver packages and that they often drop them in the lobby. I wish that my windows didn’t let in so much noise from Northside Parkway.

So far so good. The staff have been great! The amenities are great. The apartment is very spacious. Plenty of parking. And it's nice and quiet here.

Its been nice staying here, ive had peace and no issues with the staff or residents. They are very mindful of the look of the community. Im Looking forward to another year

Move in was complicated due to the narrow loading dock, but our leasing agent was great! We moved in May and haven’t had any problems so far. The place is very well built, and our utilities haven’t been expensive at all!

Move in was easy Jc and Tra were extremely helpful and easy going. The property is beautiful and feels like home. Beautiful view beautiful floor plans.

Such a great little hidden place to live and the area is so worth it. Staff is friendly and always willing to help solve any issue that may arise.

I am here in Rocca about 11 years now. I love everything about living in Rocca. I love the people who work hard in the office to make our living and our lives better and better everyday. They work hard for our safety and security. They work hard to maintain our Maintenance running smoothly and on time. Beside all said here in Rocca everything and everywhere is close by. People here in Rocca are friendly and kind. I almost know most of the people who live in Rocca. I try to get their names and phone number. We are like family here who help each other. I can talk on and on about how much I love living here in Rocca. God willing I will be here till I die. .

The Rocca is a very nice community. Noise level is at a minimum, leasing office staff is very welcoming, maintenance is great and professional etc. The grounds of the community is well maintained.

So far, everyone I met has been so kind and friendly. I have had several interactions with people offering to hold the door when I'm moving, and even some offer to help! Everyone here is a working professional and they all clean up after their dogs. Nicest community I've lived in yet.

I’m a new resident. Megan insured that the move-in process was very smooth. The trash chute backed up over the weekend and trash was piled up outside it. Otherwise the common areas, including the garage, are very clean. I love the hardwood floors in the living area. I knew my apartment would be near the road and I expected noise, but it’s even louder than I thought it would be. The apartment is adjacent to a restaurant and a nice public library and convenient to grocery and drug stores.

Excellent staff. Good tour. Everything was explained. Every question we had about the building was answered. We did not have to wait long in the lobby, and the staff assisted us with our application.

I really appreciate the staff here. The community is very safe and upkept. I also love how they deliver packages directly to our door. Community is also very pet friendly.

This complex is great! All of the agents in the leasing office are nice and go above and beyond . Definitely made my move easy and seamless!

Great staff excellent community very quiet and secluded. Never has problems with neighbors or maintenance. Just renewed and have no disappointments.

Great place to live. The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. Anytime there is a request to have something fixed it is resolved quickly. there are a lot of community activities each month so that yo can meet your neighbors. My packages are delivered directly to my front door

I love the location and it’s safe. It’s quiet and Megan in the front office is always helpful and pleasant to work with! Ive been here for about 4 years and hope to not move until I am ready buy a house.

Everything has gone smoothly with my Rocca move in. JC and Megan have both been very helpful. I have a maintenance ticket that has been pending for a few days but other than that everything is good

Biggest apartment you can get for the price in Atlanta! The staff is very attentive, maintenance fixes don’t take long at all, and the apartment itself is very nice. Highly recommend!

Great property management staff. Had a great tour to peak my interest, the key pick up and finalizing documentation process was simple and fun, and i feel extremely welcomed!

I love where I live! The assistant manager Megan M. is amazing and the maintenance team is always so helpful and quick to respond to requests.

I continue to find the Rocca convenient for all of my needs. It is convenient to the library, Publix, my pharmacy and most of my Drs. As a Cancer patient with frequent chemo appointments, this is very important to me. The common area are kept clean and I have found the Leasing office responsive to my requests.

I love to live here in Rocca. Everything is convenient and close to the malls and all the stores and highways. It is Clean and quiet here. People are friendly here. The maintenance is fast are knowledgeable to fix things. I recommend Rocca to people that want safe, clean and friendly atmosphere. Thank you Rocca for making me to live comfortable here!!!!

So far as a resident, I am having a wonderful experience. This is a beautiful community with wonderful amenities and great customer service.

I would’ve have given it 5 starts but since moving in I’ve been locked out of the garage door during a storm and stuck on the elevator. Although I love living in this area and the community. I feel that there could be a lot of maintenance that should be done on the building.

Cool cool. Nice quiet apartment. Clean grounds. Staff is okay. Maintenance is not the best. Quiet area. Wish they had security but still overall safe area.

I’ve enjoyed The Rocca. It feels safe and they offer different amenities and events for residents. The gym could use an upgrade, but it’s still functional. Overall, a nice complex.

I moved in 2 years ago and everything has gone downhill. Or maybe they did a better job of hiding the fatal flaws with new paint. The elevators are always broken. The package room was broken when I moved in and has yet to be repaired. Apparently no one is in the leasing office to let delivery people in because I have to go get my packages from the lobby now. And the gym is by far the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. The machines don’t work. There’s no air in there and I guess someone stole the flat screen. The “dog park” is a four foot patch of glass filled dirt. The new management company made things far worse. On top of all of this send out daily emails about pet policy reminders and how it has come to your attention that welcome mats are now prohibited but a one time email two weeks before rent is to be paid to let us know of major changes in how we are able to pay. Love the location. Hate everything else. Your money would be better spent somewhere else, literally anywhere else.

I had a bad experience with one of the service personel. Mangement took care of the situation. My biggest concern is the response time for maintenance. The community is safe, amenities are adequate and the location is absolutely all one needs to make life here at the Rocca pretty good.

I had the most incredible experience working with leasing agent Tra and the property manager Octavia. I was treated as if I were already a tenant! They were super nice and answered every question. The grounds were beautiful. The apartment I was shown was just what I was looking for. I definitely recommend this property.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and I have not had one bad experience. The office staff are friendly and always there to help. The complex is always clean and well kept. I feel safe here and have had no issues with crime.

Outter building doors do not lock properly or people jam the doors so they will not close and lock. Anyone from the streets can walk right in. People smoke marijuana in their apartments and on their porches. I cannot enjoy sitting on my deck because of the smell. The apartments on the first floor have trash on their porches and on the grounds around their apartments. Currently it?s not a place I would recommend to family or friends.

I would recommend someone visit the apartment community if they asked about where I live and if they should check it out. However, I would not pro-actively discuss apartment community if I heard someone was looking for apartment.

While there are no problems with maintenance, there are other problems at the Rocca.

The location and the amenities that one needs are very accessible. The rent is comparable to other luxury apartments. I like the safety features, especially since I am a senior.

The grounds are dirty around my building. Empty bags of trash behind AC units. Doors are propped open at night therefore the building is unsafe and allows for easy access from anyone. Generator door is wide open for anyone to access. Exercise equipment is broke. TVs do not work in common area. AC is blowing hot air in to the halls. Not what I expected when I moved in. Finish painting our scraped doors and the walls in the halls.

Staff if very informative and knowledgeable of property

The office staff was fantastic and very accommodating with any request I had. This was such a big deal to me because of my previous experiences with other apartments. The facility and community was also great, I really enjoyed my stay. I always felt safe, I love the location and the fact it had a garage for my vehicle. But again, the #1 contributing factor was the staff.
