Horrible management people and awful amnesties and maintenance

Laundry doesn’t work. Homeless people always around the complex. Recently my friends had a kitchen sink flooding. The management didn’t even have an emergency maintenance! The emergency call was getting re/routed to another person who didn’t have idea about the maintenance. After the apartment got flooded as they didn’t fix it.. they blamed it on the residents that they should have kept throwing the water throughout the night! And they didn’t even pay for the damage done to the stuffs. Or even refunded the rent for that month. Never ever would recommend it to anyone. Lease at your own risk.

Horrible amnesties and maintenace

DO NOT RENT HERE !

SO MANY REASONS TO NOT STAY HERE - 1. Since 2018 management has changed at least 4 times. That means a new management every 4.5 months. 2. NO ONE sits in the leasing office. So if you want to get hold of the management, leave a voice mail at the number posted on the leasing office door and they will rarely get back to you. 3. 2 Washers and 1 Dryer for the entire community. There is a laundry room (which is open access btw). At any time, not more than a couple washers and dryers will be working 4. FUNNY THING - When signing a lease, the leasing office person scribbled (HAND WROTE) my name on to a typed up 1 page generic lease and told me to sign. Shows how out of depth the management was. 5. For half a month, some random homeless dude was sleeping outside one of the first floor apartment. Oh also our neighbors house was broken into.
