National publications constantly place Pittsburgh near the top of the list for most livable cities in America, and it’s easy to see why. The city has a rich history as an industrial and economic hub, which led to the construction of many grand buildings and public sculptures which still stand today. Downtown in particular is rich with beautifully preserved buildings and lush public parks dating back well over a century, giving the entire community a timeless atmosphere.
Pittsburgh is split into three sections by the rivers passing through the city: Downtown (a.k.a. “The Golden Triangle), the North Side, and the South Side. Each has its fair share of attractions and landmarks: the North Side is home to Acrisure Stadium and PNC Park (making it a perfect area for sports fans), the South Side features big, beautiful greenways and refurbished steel mills, and Downtown is where you’ll find the most variety in dining, nightlife, and entertainment.

Property Ratings at The Roosevelt Building
We absolutely loved Dana. My daughter was moving here by herself and she was so helpful throughout this whole process. We did a facetime tour with her and she answered all mine and my husbands question even at 10pm. Wayne was very helpful and let us use his cart during move in. Jesse also helped by holding us parking and setting up the freight elevator for us. I would 100 percent recommend this building and working with Dana and the staff!
This building is run very poorly by ONE person. In order to contact anyone, you only have ONE phone number you can call which ALWAYS goes to voicemail. The management staff are never in their office, and never answer the door. The building itself is barely protected by security as they are rarely seen at the desk, and do not cover protection overnight. The apartment itself is fairly nice, with lots of space and well-built. However, there is Zero lighting fixture in the bedroom so you have to purchase a lamp. There is free wifi, but it is ONLY in the basement. It does not reach my actual apartment, so the "amenities" in the apartment it is not actually included which I was not made aware of until they told me I would just need to buy my own wifi and router service. The one nice thing about it is the maintenance is very nice. It is also very difficult to find parking if you have a car, so I suggest only living here if you don't need a car, or take public transportation. I currently park in the garage around the block, and it is just another extra expense. The number one benefit of living here is that it is downtown an a short walk to many nice things, I just wish there was wifi that actually reached my apartment, there was more parking available, and the management was better run!
You do not want to move there.. I rate that place a zero..
The most economical way to live in the heart of Pittsburgh's Cultural District! New ownership in 2017.
