We are also located next door to one of the best public elementary schools in the city of LA, so our residents don't even have to get in the car for their children to get a fabulous education! Regularly referred to as one of LA's safest and most prestigious neighborhoods, Bel Air offers the schools, safety and laid back feel of a suburb, all while being in the heart of Los Angeles and just minutes from Beverly Hills, the San Fernando Valley and Century City. Property Ratings at The Roscomare Apartments
I lived at The Roscomare in Bel Air for three years before buying my home and loved it. It's a fantastic community with a lovely onsite manager, Alva. The management is kind and attentive and always ensures any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The apartment complex is beautiful, with a spectacular pool with gorgeous Bel Air canyon views. It's also next to Roscomare Road Elementary, one of the best elementary schools in Los Angeles. If you're looking to live a little a little farther out of the city to have some peace and quiet, look no further! This is a great place to live if you're a grad student at UCLA, work in Westwood, Century City or anywhere else on the Westside. It's a definite for anyone that has elementary aged kiddos that doesn't want to pay for private school.
