The location is great and the apartment complex is very well-maintained. Everyone in the office was friendly and met with Seisha who gave us the tour. Very informative and very pleasant. The pool is beautiful and the gym is available 24 hours a day! This may very well be the next place I call home.

For the extremely high price and beautiful amenities you would expect a good and safe environment that is fun to live in. Not the case. We've had multiple petty thefts, don't leave anything outside by your car or unit for a second or someone will swipe it. I smell pot all the time and got yelled at by a lady (assuming high on something) because I was letting my dog pee in the shrubs and she didn't like me standing on the sidewalk by her apartment. Multiple instances of people screaming at each other, and the cops have been called out at least 5 times in the last 5 months for various disputes and I recently discovered there is subsidized housing in at least the furthest West building so maybe that has something to do with extra-ordinary issues. Management is unresponsive and they are nice but not much gets done. The buildings themselves are built quick and cheap despite their luxury appearance and the amenities are always getting repaired or updated. Can't wait to move on from the Rosery. It's a great location but after 6 months, I'm over it. Currently looking for a house and hoping to pay the extra 2 months of rent to get out. I imagine buildings 1 and 2 are better but who knows if the grass is really greener.

Now that our clubhouse is fully restored from construction, the amenities should be open for all residents to enjoy. Safety is also our top priority and if any abnormal activity is experienced, we encourage our residents to call security to report immediately. If I listed all the problems with this place I would have to write a book. Everything is cheaply made with poor workmanship, too many bugs need to be worked out. Goodluck getting them to do anything or respond to your questions in a timely manner, if at all. This was a huge mistake I regret.
