Concourse is an urban neighborhood in the southwest section of the Bronx near the Harlem River that separates the southern section of this borough from northern Manhattan. Property Ratings at The Ross
I have been living here for last six years. It is a small building with 5 floors (walk up) with six apartments on each floor, with the exception of the first floor, which has 5 units. I love my apartment because it has plenty of closet space. It also has a small courtyard with a laundry room. The area is great because I am very near Manhattan with plenty of activities to do. Also I can walk to Yankee Stadium, the local parks, pool, etc.
