Hugging the Congaree River and stretching east, Columbia is a sprawling city with a history dating back to colonial times. Nicknamed the "Capital of Southern Hospitality," Columbia is a welcoming, warm city -- it is also a college town, home to the University of South Carolina. The university is located downtown, covering over 359 acres. The historic, top-ranking university dates back to 1801, but the oldest structure in Columbia is the Seibels House, built around 1796. It currently serves as a house museum.
While there's plenty for college students to do, Columbia provides a variety of activities -- whether you're a golfer, a shopper, or a foodie. Kid-friendly activities are everywhere, from the gorgeous parks to the Riverbanks Zoo and Garden. The downtown district provides a variety of shops and restaurants along brick-paved sidewalks, and the river and nearby lakes provide opportunities for boating and fishing.

Property Ratings at The Row at the Stadium
It is a decent living, rent is pretty high but its nice. I would say, though, when they clean out the apartment for the next residents, they dont really deep clean it.
I lived at the row beginning in august of 2022 and will continue living there until May 2024. Great outdoor space, lovely furniture, kind and helpful staff!
I love living here there are so many great amenities that are offered. Also if you ever have an issue in your apartment maintenance is available to fix it pretty quickly.
My apartment community experience has been so positive. Anytime we have any problems with our apartment maintenance is quick and does well. I also enjoy the activities and surprises that we have from the main office.
For the most part I’ve had a good experience, however, the hot tub never works and I’ve gotten extremely overcharged the last two months for utilities. And I know others have been too.
i love living here ! i’ve lived here for three years and my favorite part is how close to the stadium we are and the pool on a nice day. highly recommend!
Good community; some residents leave trash but is quickly cleaned up. Maintenance mostly comes when called. Sometimes they don't come right away and will take a few times to get problems fixed.
living at the row has been great, there are minimal problems and if there are they are fixed very promptly, there are not a ton of hidden fees and the amenities are great
I love living at the row. I feel so safe here and the amenities make it so much fun. The pool is so nice as well as the hot tub. I am so glad i picked to live here.
living here used to be a 5 star experience. not so much anymore. maintenece guys are great but management sucks. supposed to be a gated community but will leave gates open for anyone and then you can’t find parking. front desk staff not as kind as last year either. hot tub and lazy river always broken and dirty from people who don’t live here (side effect of awful security and leaving gates open)
