Love this apartment. It feels luxury and i have never had any issues. Maintenence is always so quick, walls are thick, amenities are clean and always available.

I’ve lived here for about a year now and am about to renew my lease. I’ve loved living downtown - having so many great bars and restaurants walkable (and a grocery store just an elevator ride away!) has been so great. The community also plans fun events about every month - we’ve had private dinners at local restaurants, wine and paint events, casino night, pumpkin painting, and more!

It is a very inclusive community and a pet-friendly environment. It has excellent communication with the city, restaurants, entertainment, and the airport.

I can't wait to call this place my new home in 2025! Maddy has been incredible to work with—from answering all of my questions to being so welcoming when I visited the complex. Her communication has been stellar, and she’s been attentive and genuinely kind. It really makes me feel confident and excited knowing I'll be in such good hands once I move in. You definitely need to check this place out!

Everything about living at The Ryan has been great so far!?? The staff is very friendly and they help with every issue right away. It is definitely a high class experience being in the heart of downtown and enjoying all of the amenities that the apartment has to offer it’s residents.

My move-in and stay over the last few days has been great for the most part! The only item that I do not love is that some residents don't clean up after their dogs... It's a bummer - I spend time picking up after other dogs each time I take my dog to the park. Outside of this, everything has been great - people are super friendly! Happy to be a resident at the Ryan!

This apartment complex is the place to be in DTPHX! So many great resident perks- events, amazing neighbors & even better leasing agents! Highly recommend touring this place! Currently in a B3 & this layout is to die for!

I moved in a month ago and I love living at The Ryan. The apartment is so spacious and has great finishes. The location is perfect in downtown Phoenix and there is so much to do around the neighborhood. The staff has been amazing and so helpful throughout my whole time here.

Staff was friendly and super accommodating, especially Maddie! Just moved in but love all the bells and whistles The Ryan has to offer. It feels like a true community here.

Love the Bottomless mimosas, along with location. The proximity to the grocery store (Fry’s) is really convenient. Especially since we can go through building

Living at The Ryan has been a wonderful experience. The location is great, the leasing team is very responsive and attentive, the maintenance is also responsive and incredibly helpful!We enjoy the entire property as a whole.

Living at the Ryan has been wonderful. My move in process was seamless and very smooth. All thanks to the leasing agents and the ease of the leasing process. I am truly impressed by how professional, kind, and helpful everyone has been. I toured almost 10 different apartments prior to choosing the Ryan and I feel like I made the best choice. The location, leasing specialists, and facilities are the best!

PROS: An exceptional experience awaits, with the perfect location, vibrant community, top-notch communication channels, and excellent infrastructure. CONS: The not-so-positive issue is that some pet parents don't care for their pets' needs or, even worse, dont clean them. I love to live in a pet-friendly environment - but these issues made a HUGE difference, specially during the extreme heat.

All of the staff has gone above and beyond to make my application process amazing. They really took extra time and effort to make my questions and concerns a priority and I appreciate that.

I really enjoy living at The Ryan. The new staff (Alec and Zach), resident events, and the building community have been the highlight of my experience here. The apartments are a great size, and the amenities are truly enjoyable - especially the BBQ area and the lobby bar. I moved here from NYC two (2) years ago and I am sincerely happy here.

The Ryan is in the heart of Phoenix, right across from the footprint arena, and two blocks from Chase fields. I can walk to work at City Hall. The location and the apartment are awesome! Can’t find a better location in the heart of Phoenix at a reasonable price.

I needed to find a new place to move into in less than a weeks time. The staff helped me and made it happen. I decided on The Ryan over other options because of how helpful and available the staff is.

I love it here, truly. I’ve loved here about 3 weeks now and I’m finally using all the perks like the pool, gym, etc. I’m a night owl so I really get to use them when everyone else is away. I love my apartment, my parking spot and the neighbors so far. I love the night life around the city too. Everyone is so inviting and helpful here. Only thing i don’t like is littering on the elevators & I just wish they would come repaint my door :) ha ha It’s literally great here.

The Ryan is located in a very good location. There building quality is great so is the spacious rooms and the view. Rent is agreeable by me and staff service specially the booking and front desk service is homelike. If you live in downtown The Ryan should be in your top 3!

The Ryan is an overall good place to live in a good location. The 2 top managers for the facility go above and beyond to assist with all needs and never make you feel like a bother. They are also helpful with options that may be available instead of just saying I can’t help.

I am enjoying my stay at the Ryan, Reasons are plenty but the primary ones would be the amenities on the 5th floor, security systems, and overall security, convenience location especially sharing the space with Fry’s, Leasing staff is always up for helping and the mainTainance team is very supportive and prompt.

The Ryan is a great, centrally located community in the heart of downtown Phoenix complete with a Fry’s supermarket only floors below from your residence. The Ryan is operated by a great team of friendly Greystar associates to enhance the residential environment.

Every single person on staff here never fails to welcome me when they spot me, and I love the friendly atmosphere of the other residents too. Further, the amenities are always top-notch and the apartment I’m living in is exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love being downtown, I love how the apartment building is practically brand new and my apartment felt brand new and never lived in when I moved in. The amenities are fantastic, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the neighbors are fantastic. It’s a perfect place.

The Ryan is a beautiful building in the hottest location of the Legends Entertainment District I’m downtown Phoenix! The high end amenities and location make it the perfect place to call home.

While I love the apartment features, community, and location. My move-in experience has been one of disappointment. From damaged wood, missing essentials (e.g. coat rack in closet), evidence of pets with previous owners (e.g. dog hair, cat hair in every room), items left from previous residents (e.g. pots, pans, hooks on wall, etc.) to strange stains on baseboards, toilet stains, and broken Sonos! I do feel let down, and what’s more bothersome is that maintenance or staff has not been very helpful with resolving these presented problems.

I just moved into The Ryan Apartments in Downtown Phoenix sight unseen and am truly so happy with my decision! The location is absolutely perfect and in walking distance to EVERYTHING, the amenities are impressive, and the Customer Service is superb! Paige has made my move from Houston, TX such a smooth one and gave us a total property tour once I picked up keys! Looking forward my new home away from home! ;)

I think it’s great and we are very happy living at the Ryan.

Look and sniff closely at the dog park and ask how often it’s cleaned. Perhaps ask residents about the trash situation. Ask about 20 something’s bringing glass to the pool. Ask about the parking rules and how they’re enforced. There’s pretty pictures and then there’s reality. You decide because this place is not cheap.

I love my apartment and the maintenance staff are very kind. We have many friends in the building and enjoy the social environment. Unfortunately our conversations and most laughs are at the expense of the Ryan management staff. Although we have seen some improvement and responsiveness since the last property manager left there are still so many issues in the office. Leasing agents should NOT be fielding complaints from tenants because they dont have the power or ability to resolve the real problems. Management needs to have someone on staff to handle parking and cleanliness/maintenance issues immediately instead of allowing tenants to be promised and lied to by the leasing agents.

Staff friendly and informative through out application and move in. Answered all our questions and concerned in timely matter. Tyler was exceptional and handled everything for us! We are so happy to be downtown residents at The Ryan!

I just moved in recently. My experience has been great so far. The management team is nice and attentive. The place is clean with great amenities. The neighbors are very nice and welcoming. The scenery on sunset is beautiful. Highly recommended

Our leasing and move-in experience was seamless. Tyler was wonderful throughout the entire process. We love the friendly and knowledgeable leasing team and are pleased with our gorgeous living space. The amenities and beautiful and well maintained.

I chose the perfect place to experience living in a high rise luxury apartment! The builders cut zero corners! It is stunningly beautiful and the view is the envy of all who come to visit! In the morning I can open my patio door and listen to the hustle and bustle of things below me, which I love!

The Ryan is a very upscale complex with great amenities, such as the gym, pool, parking options and floorplans. The Fry's grocery store is a nice touch, as well.

Great views and location - staff is very accommodating and friendly. Definitely on the more expensive side for an apartment, but few buildings have this type of location and view. Overall, its a great building and location to live at!

We have been living at The Ryan for about 4 months now and we just love it here. The location is wonderful, such a walkable location with Fry's being just a couple of floors down. Also, the weekly farmers market here at downtown is just a couple minutes away walking. The amenities are wonderful and every apartment has really good views. The staff is really polite and helpful. I would recommend living at The Ryan to friends and family!
