I like the way how the administration helps. However, the trash pick up is always a huge problem. They usually forget to come. And the next day is all trash on the floor because of animals. We have mentioned several times about this issue.

I move in next week & Yas has been a God send! I love the apartment and the community a really quiet. I am excited for my new journey and look forward to my patio!

I love this place, is so safe, so cozy. Is so peaceful I love the premises, everything! The staff is so caring and the people they hire to do the maintenance is always willing to help.

My parents who are seniors were relocating from NYC. We had interest in a specie apartment but, she sent us a video to help my parents make a final decision on relocating to Charlotte. She walked us through the application process step by step and kept us abreast of any open items. She is friendly and always available to answer questions. She ensured that workers can by to fix the minor repair in the apartment. I love Yasmeen and she is amazing.

The Sagewood is the perfect place to call a home, we enjoy our well maintained unit, the community and the neighborhood. Our entire experience, starting with our tour, moving in process, and everyday living here, has been amazing.

Need to upgrade the areas !!! Bbq pool amenities and some things at the apartment, Street lights, and make more meetings for the people who live here !!! Thanks

Beautiful place, good area. It has various facilities to recreate and the office helps you when you need it, I recommend it for the family.

Great place to live! Nice neighborhood and people, conveniently located to shops and restaurants. 485 is easily accessible. Quiet area with paks and hiking trails nearby.

Apartment located in very good neighborhood in Ballantyne area, schools are good, hotels and restaurants are good. Apartment has swimming pool and well equipped gym with good maintenance.

I can't complain at all things are going well here at the Sagewood. The staff is helpful and respectful. And the community is always clean.

The sagewood has been a very nice peaceful experience. It has a beautiful clubhouse, great gym and all the staff is very friendly. It's location is in a clean, quiet, beautiful area. Not a whole lot of craziness going on around here.

Property staff are amazing work with. Neighbors are friendly and doesn’t bother anyone. Very quiet neighborhood and lots to do within the community. I

I am overall satisfied with the apartment. I wish to move into something bigger, but due to the area, I will never be able to afford it other than that this is a great place.

I really like the pool and the pickleball court! I would like to use the heated area to roast marshmallows, but need to know if it can be used for that. Some of the big lights are out and need to be fixed. And, the dog park needs to be kept up better. But, overall, I like my neighborhood. Most everyone seems friendly. I have not been able to meet all the new people in the office though. I wish they did more community events later in the evening or on weekends.

The apartment is beautiful and clean, the office/maintenance staff are extremely friendly and helpful! The grounds are kept very neat and the landscaping is pretty!

We love staying here this community is near to the school market and more over safer whenever I get to know the worst experiences of other communities I am happy I choose the right one

I absolutely adore living here! The peaceful neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and convenient location make it the perfect place to call home. The nearby parks offer serene escapes for nature walks, while the bustling downtown area provides endless entertainment options. I love the sense of community and the easy access to everything I need. It's truly a dream come true.

I have loved living here! The maintenance crew is quick and responsive. The community is clean and welcoming. The pickleball and volleyball courts are such an amazing addition to some afternoon activity!

Overall experience is positive. Apartment on move in was not clean enough many things look like used a lot. Also wallet trash sometimes not picks up trash. However, staff is super friendly and helpful. Clubhouse is spacious and comfortable. Pool is clean. Fitness center is great.

It is a very quiet place with nice neighbors full of trees with a swimming pool and gym, it is quiet to rest. There are several supermarkets nearby and the 485 is nearby.

The management team is incredibly responsive and always ready to help. The community feels safe and welcoming, with plenty of green spaces.

Lovely area but the people aren’t very friendly. This one guy parks terrible in our parking lot. Today his parking blocked my partner from being able to get in his own vehicle on the drivers side. Extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate.

It's a great neighborhood, and the staff are very nice and helpful. I definitely would recommend this location. There are lots of food options around the area.

The Apartment is located in a prime area, good clean swimming pool. I would recommend this apartment to add more safety measures and cameras so everyone will feel safe.

Quiet place. The management/maintenance team take care of service requests in a timely manner. I definitely love the neighborhood actually uses the amenities daily and is a family oriented environment.

We have had many maintenance issues and while they do end up getting resolved, they take forever and it requires the tenant to CONSTANTLY be hounding the office. They do not answer the phone, so tenants have ti walk up to the office to get any answers or get anything done. When speaking with Travis, things move quickly and you get answers.

Everyone is professional, friendly and very helpful. The staff kept in good communication with me during the process. The property is well maintained. So far a positive experience.

Greystar is a great place to stay with family. It’s secured and very safe. Good play ground and pool and also good recreation center make the stay enjoyable with family.

It is a very well located place, the neighbors are friendly and familiar, it is very quiet, the silence is respected and the neighborhood is pleasant.

I have been happy with my unit at The Sagewood. The leasing managers are friendly, helpful and maintenance is quick to follow up on requests. One major area for improvement is trash collection. Residents are required to pay for daily valet pickup so people leave their trashcans outside and the dumpsters fill up quickly. Since they are uncovered, rain and heat quickly make it very unsightly and smelly. Multiple visitors I've hosted have commented on this and it is not pleasant to look at throughout the week.

All the amenities are great and the office lease is open to any concer you have. I have been living here for 6 months and we love the area. Everything is close by to our apartment.
