I absolutely adore living here! The peaceful neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and convenient location make it the perfect place to call home. The nearby parks offer serene escapes for nature walks, while the bustling downtown area provides endless entertainment options. I love the sense of community and the easy access to everything I need. It's truly a dream come true.
I have loved living here! The maintenance crew is quick and responsive. The community is clean and welcoming. The pickleball and volleyball courts are such an amazing addition to some afternoon activity!

Overall experience is positive. Apartment on move in was not clean enough many things look like used a lot. Also wallet trash sometimes not picks up trash. However, staff is super friendly and helpful. Clubhouse is spacious and comfortable. Pool is clean. Fitness center is great.

It is a very quiet place with nice neighbors full of trees with a swimming pool and gym, it is quiet to rest. There are several supermarkets nearby and the 485 is nearby.

I love my new home, it’s cozy and wonderful. A lot of trees, birds and squirrels here. Swimming pool and gym are great. Staff is very helpful! Strongly recommend)

Lovely area but the people aren’t very friendly. This one guy parks terrible in our parking lot. Today his parking blocked my partner from being able to get in his own vehicle on the drivers side. Extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate.

Quiet place. The management/maintenance team take care of service requests in a timely manner. I definitely love the neighborhood actually uses the amenities daily and is a family oriented environment.

We have had many maintenance issues and while they do end up getting resolved, they take forever and it requires the tenant to CONSTANTLY be hounding the office. They do not answer the phone, so tenants have ti walk up to the office to get any answers or get anything done. When speaking with Travis, things move quickly and you get answers.

I have been happy with my unit at The Sagewood. The leasing managers are friendly, helpful and maintenance is quick to follow up on requests. One major area for improvement is trash collection. Residents are required to pay for daily valet pickup so people leave their trashcans outside and the dumpsters fill up quickly. Since they are uncovered, rain and heat quickly make it very unsightly and smelly. Multiple visitors I've hosted have commented on this and it is not pleasant to look at throughout the week.

All the amenities are great and the office lease is open to any concer you have. I have been living here for 6 months and we love the area. Everything is close by to our apartment.

Sagewood has it all. Beautiful setting in perfect location. Close to everything. All the amenities and more. Monthly get together for residents with food and refreshments.

The apartment in general is really nice. The staff is friendly and welcoming and always helps us through every issue it appears. Recently though, when we go out to take our dogs we have been noticing that the dogs trash stayed neglect for a long time, it was totally full for weeks, with trash on the floor, and also there are no bags on it anymore.

I moved into the Sagewood one month ago and it was one of the smoothest experiences I have had at an apartment complex. Skylar gave me a thorough tour and answered all my questions on site. As more questions came to mind, Brandon was quick to help via phone and follow up with me as needed. Upon move in, I was very pleased to see my unit was well cleaned and in good condition. Big shoutout to the maintenance team (Junior & David) for proactively following up on my inventory form to ensure my unit met my expectations! Since I've settled in, Lauren & Travis have been a huge help. Anytime I have a question or feedback, they have been kind, understanding and quick to act. They have also taken the time to host resident events such as a catered breakfast. This was a positive experience thanks to the staff! The community is clean, walkable, pet friendly, safe and in a great location as well!

There are other places that actually care about their tenants and their well being that are far better than this one. Rude office staff, BUG PROBLEM, gates are just for decoration apparently since they DO NOT work, no proper upkeep of the buildings so it’s like Halloween year round with the spider webs and dirt from trash and rodents, kids in areas roaming that they shouldn’t be, services like power and WiFi are always being randomly turned off at times it can be for days, reported mold issues, and so much more. Save yourself the hassle buddy.

Sagewood is an okay place, not a great place. The amenities are there to be listed but they are broken and unable to use. Location is the only thing great about this place.

I’ve been waiting a week and a half for any kind of updates whatsoever about a LEAKING CEILING after reaching out to the office staff/manager AND going into the office. Other issues in the complex still has issues with are children being unattended in parking lots and common areas, neighbors still are loud anywhere from 2am-5am, complex only cleans common spaces when tenants complain or when they have tours and when they do clean the cleaning crew is on their phone dragging out actually cleaning the way they should (so you can expect to run into spider webs and dirty hallways by your day often), gate still ends up breaking often so they leave it open for anyone to get in when it does, staff still doesn't know how to communicate in advance or follow up with vendors for tenants (my biggest reoccurring issue with this complex), Spectrum (which is the only internet provider here) is garbage and goes out for hours or days at a time randomly, and the parking is still bad for paying tenants depending on the hours you decide to leave your apartment since it's not regulated and there is no specified guest parking, yet they are building another building which will only make parking that much worse. Only giving a two based on how helpful Jalissa was in the office before she stopped working for this complex.

Not pleased with current management staff. Not approachable or professional or trustworthy. Have put my health at risk using subpar outside repair companies who do subpar repairs.

This is a great community. And this is a wonderful apartment. I love Ballantyne and the peaceful, quaint location and luxuries that is offered in this area. I do however have to say that the gate in this gated community is quite honestly useless. Not only in the sense that it's always broken or it doesn't open when I want to come home, often leaving several people stranded in the entrance not able to open the gate. But also in the sense that it's not truly a gated community since I always see people walking through the holes in the bushes or finding open areas to enter. Otherwise, I really like our apartment. It's a decent, pretty peaceful community as well.

Good neighborhood. I’m one month old in this community. I observe price is high and not sure why it is high comparing with nearby when no play area for kids, car wash etc. Maintenance is the one which most of the tenants looks for in apartment communities. This should be the first priority and fix it. As I am new resident and observed that my apartment has all the old things even they say renovated. Most of the leasing teams show model apartments and actual renovated apartment covers only kitchen but all the other things like bathroom sinks, faucets, showers, bedroom and living room blinds, windows all are very old not working as expected.
