The office staff is amazing they are helpful and friendly. If they could get anything fixed that breaks on the same day they will do just that this property has turned around tremendously now that they have the right staff. I love my place.

Calenthia is great and tries her best. Im not sure who the other person is but she has a very poor attitude.I told her that if what needed to be fixed wasn't relayed than I will be leaving and now she is calling me for money and saying i did not give notice although she never fulfilled the request and was and is rude. Constantly running toilet and tub, falling apart ceiling and tub, RATS., constant bugs and lizards and constantly in danger with the constant shooting and drug dealers!

I would never ever suggest these apartments if they were the last apartment somewhere to rent out if I knew I would have such a horrible ordeal with these people I would have never never never never have renting from these people now I’m kind of stuck in a rock and a hard place because you know once you’re ready to move out it’s really really hard But anybody who knows once you’re renting a place you’ve put you down payments now I’m on all your utilities on your deposit on a mean everything is not easy especially for me to move I give this place a zero stars and I’m not sure that it will let me do that but I want to tell you don’t buy all means let the price for you and suck you win but turnover rate is crazy every month people leave even after a month or two. I HAVE NOT 1 PRO & 50-60 cons

This apartment is not family friendly. It's so not safe here people have tried to break in my home several times. Maintenance takes forever to fix any and all things that they are suppose to do. Also they have the worst management about every nine months there is a new manager. Not because we need one because the district manager is so horrible and it's not because of their management skills. As far as it goes it's really a joke. And so are the comments from a year ago.

I have lived here 4 years because it's affordable, the people around here are good, and anything that I've had a problem with, the problem was fixed in a timely manner. the staff is strict but fair, and they really do want to help you. there's people who have lived here for years. so I appreciate the history in the community like that.

This apartment community is very family oriented , and it is safe for your children to play cause it is secured by cameras and after office hours there is a police officer on the premises.

Everything about chateau deville is amazing, from the convenience ,the neighbors , the quality of the apartments, tha staff especially ms. Lisa. Wouldn't have it any other way , thanks again staff for allowing chateau deville to b my home!!!

I luv I never had a major problem or if I did they would attend to it quick and the staff is very polite and trustworth.

I've only lived in Chateau Deville for 8 months and I couldn't imagine renting anywhere else!! Management is amazing they're always doing something to make the neighborhood a safe and fun place. I truly recommend living in Chateau Deville!!!!!

I just moved in this month and I absolutely love it. Very spacious, quiet, safe, and friendly community.

These apartments are well cleaned. Jessica and stephanie are great landlords easy to get alomg with. There quiiet apartments are no problems out her. They have places for your children to play. They even come by once a month to make sure things are going good. if you want good land lords and a safe environment theses are the apartments

A nice place for the money, Near to everything you need. Great staff that has handle every issue that i have had.

I've lived here over a year now, and love the overall quality of life here. The apartments are extremely well maintained by an expert staff. No problems with insect pests. The staff is polite and courteous. There are security lights and cameras throughout the complex, and a resident policeman keeps an eye out for breaches, making this one of the safest apartment complexes in the city. Friendly and helpful neighbors.

I love my apartment, it's big and has a dishwasher! The office staff was very friendly, ms.stefanie is very nice and really clean up neighborhood!

The apartment is big and roomy. T is very very queit which is very good cause you can get a lot of sleep. The people that lives here are really friendly. Has good walking distance to stores and restaurants. People in the office are good people to get to know. Always help you get things done in time. Im saying these things about this place because it's very true and plus i live here myself. Me and my soon to be family. So come see for your self so you know it's true. You will love it here.

I lived there for almost half of year and it is good price for good location if you go to LSUA and work at Alexandria. Also, it close to the mall and other stores.

Me and my boyfriend love living in our new apartment at Chateau deville. We have friendly neighbors, a quiet living environment, and the manager staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Chateau deville as a place to make your home :)

I can tell you I have been living in this community for 17 months & I truly feel safe now we have cameras Evert where I truly feel safe. If you need service it is taking care of in a timely manner. We also have a very nice office with a really great manager. If you are looking for a deal & nice living come on over to our community.

I enjoy the family oriented community, the people at very accepting, and the accommodations are very suitable. The staff is very great and stays involved wit the tenants, and the curtesy officer is always around and involved.

I am in apartment #601, I have lived there over a year. As long as you keep to yourself it's a great place, also the staff is easy to work with and very understanding . repairs are made in a timely manner, hope to see you soon. G. Blackwell.

I just recently moved into my Apartment at Chateau Deville. The Application process was fast and smooth.They got an apartment ready for us in a timely manner. We are located in the back and I Love it here. The people around me are friendly and there is no loud music or disturbances at night. It's very welcoming and I will refer this Apartment Complex to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

This apartment complex is a clean and quite area to be in. The apartments are nice in the inside and is a neighbor friendly. This is a safe environment for kids of all ages and if you need assistance the office management is available.

living here is relaxed and nice I find it quite. I have lived here of more then a year. the neighbors are great and friendly for the over all living it is a nice place to call home.
