I've lived here for over 2 years and I like the location (for my work), the apartment is good, but don't get a place anywhere near the pool. For more than half the year, you will lose control of when your allowed to sleep. The pool is trespassed constantly at all hours of the night. Even with the windows shut, which I hate to do in the summer, the screaming, yelling and loud music will wake you. I had one night where there where 3 separate groups of partiers at 11pm, 1am and 3am. The maintenance staff is amazing, the management, especially corporate, aren't. Also the dog park is nice to have, but unfortunately, is a mess with most people not picking up the dog crap

The maintenance staff are hands down the most amazing individuals I know. Very polite caring and knowledgeable. Only downside is I’ve been dealing with neighbors partying from 10p-4a and despite having recordings, ring camera footage, and call history to Aurora PD and Sanctuary’s Security, nothing really happens other than an offer to move out at my cost (transfer fee $600). This is a great apartment complex overall just so long as you don’t have a rowdy neighbor. Once you do, all you can do is suck it up and keep calling the police.

Be wary of moving in here. This year they've increased rent prices by $400 - $900 a month on existing residents. The interiors can be a bit dated. The carpet is worn down in some units and the laminate floor can pop up around the baseboard. Appliances especially the overhead microwave/fans should be checked before moving in. Units do not have a dedicated venting fan over the stove. They've recently started repainting the exterior of the complex so don't be fooled. If the inside does not match the outside. The complex is on par with any rentals in the area that have been built in the last 10 years.

My wife and I are long time renters. We've come to know the Sanctuary personnel well. They are the reason we remain loyal to the Sanctuary.
I would recommend the community because is safe. No thieves so far
The apartments look new and fancy but were cheaply constructed. You can hear residents above you walking around, and if they have young children, you can hear loud bangs and crashes when they run around.

The only things that bother me are the breezeways and the garbage situation. The breezeways in my building are stained with trash drippings and actual trash on the first floor. I don't use the trash service because I don't want them to come by my door. The staff and maintenance crew have always been good!
The main reason we love this complex so much is because of the office, maintenance, and grounds service! They always do an amazing job!
I would recommend it but no longer for the good prices for the area as its now on the higher side.
There are plenty of amenities and the staff is very friendly.
I like the community, love the how big the apartment and spacious the apartment are . Would recommend
Jay was fantastic. Friendly, quick and did the job so it should last a very long time. I am VERY satisfied with Jay and his professionalism.
The front office personnel and the Maintenance crew are wonderful. Grounds, hallways, apartments (mine) are always well maintained.
This is the second time I've submitted a request for a different issue they are fast on resolving the issue and complete the work needed.

Staff has been here for years and they get to know their residents. Anytime I go in the office I feel important and understood and the staff always seems sincere and welcoming.
Has everything to offer, close to everything, incredible views from our unit.
Everyone has been so nice and accommodating since I moved in and when I finally put in the maintenance request it was responded faster than I expected. I felt bad that they had to come back the next day because I wasn't expecting a same day visit.
This is a high quality apartment complex that is well maintained and safe. It is located with convenient access to highways, shopping, restaurants, and provides quick access to Denver International Airport.
Had a great time and really enjoyed the location. There was some motor head below that liked to rev his engine every morning before heading out, but beyond that, it was all good.

Parking can be an issue. The garage is too small for my vehicle.
I wish the pool and hot tub where warmer. Also there are always a ton of unsupervised kids in the hot tub so none of the adults can use or enjoy it. The buildings need to be painted as well. But aside from that its a great place to live and the staff is always amazing.
Staff was excellent. Amenities were very nice. My biggest complaint was with the grounds keeping. Rock walls are degrading, quite a bit of unchecked erosion, and areas that should have stairs .
I moved into the apartment which was caked in dirt still and stains on walls. I paid in advance 10 days before move-in and notified Susan in the office that cleaning needed to be done before move-in. They put new carpet in and repaired a vinly floor that was torn up but nothing done about dirt and wall stains. Then 2 months after living here my refrigerator goes out costing over $300 in food cost. They had audacity to tell me we will take care of your food and stress dealing with your move in experience and food cost from refrigerator breaking and they decided that giving me a $100 gift card should suffice after doing their dam cleaning for them and losing over $300 in food. I gave them many chances to solve problems and in the end it has just been a stressful experience and I highly recommend going to a different apartment complex after being so disrespected. Also there is nowhere to park here. Your second vehicle or your wife will be walking from outside the complex quite often in order to get home. sad because it was so easy to take care of these issues but now I've been very disrespected and do not wish this experience on anyone.

easy access to highways, restaurants, family, parks.
The property is supposed to be smoke free but neighbors consistently smoke cigarettes and marijuana. The prices are also very high for the size of the units with very small balcony's.
Only been moved in for about 2 weeks but everything went smooth and well so far.
I would highly recommend this community.
nice size apartment- the only thing that I don't care for is the carpet throughout the units. They should be updated to wood to like most of the Apartment complexes in the area.
Highly recommend this apartment community to everyone I know. The management and maintenance are beyond phenomenal. Everyone is so helpful and it' apparent just from looking at the community itself that they really do care about their tenants.
Neighbors leave their trash out all weekend by their door and it's gross. Marijuana use 24/7 with little consequence is out of control. So many light bulbs need replaced in the building and garages. Parking is frustrating.
I have been a resident for a few years and have always been pleased with the support I have received from the staff here.
There are other apartments in the area that are smaller. This is a very large complex.
The community property is extremely well maintained and the staff are always helpful. The apartments themself are nice with thick walls and the community is quiet. It is a very nice place to live!
Office personnel and maintenance staff (including emergency maintenance) are friendly, professional, thorough, and efficient. They've never let me down.
Other than my annoying neighbors, I feel safe in this community, there are different options available for 1bd to townhouse, garages are included which was a big selling point for me originally, they have a pool and hot tub open year round, along with fire pits which have been fun! They also have a decent sized gym that gets the job done.
Lack of parking. Noisy neighbors, and noisy vehicles with alarms going off for extended periods of time.

I love the location and how clean the property is and maintained
Community is kept clean. Staff respond immediately! Beautiful scenery with trees and landscaping. Nights are quiet noone is loud.
