Tucked between Rancho Drive and the 95, Michael Way encompasses a number of prime suburban hotspots, all of them just six miles from the famous Las Vegas Strip. The area is classic Vegas with its towering palm trees, succulent gardens, and stucco homes. Three parks and the Las Vegas Golf Club round out Michael Way’s green space access, making for plenty of recreational escape from the desert landscape.
Chain restaurants and well-known retailers cater to most needs, but with the Strip so close there’s more unique fare and shopping to experience in just a matter of minutes. Domestic travelers will get plenty of use out of the North Las Vegas Airport that sits just across the 95, and those who commute for work by car are right next to the 15 and 95 junction.

Property Ratings at The Sanctuary
Where can i even start . Well first they moved into a unit that wasn't ready yet, the heater wasnt working , the door to the laundry door was jammed into the door not screwed proper , IT WAS ROACH INFESTED ! then moved me into another unit , that had mildew growing in my bathroom . they going to tell me i need to keep my ceiling every week , never in my life i heard you need to clean your ceilings every week so you don't get dark black specs . Then maintenance left their spare key to my unit in the front door lock after an inspection . They forgot to lock up and take the key with them . So they left my unit available to the public . Then they allow some teenagers to vandalize my home , didn't put another gate over the wall to minimize the traffic . They don't care about their residents . Avoid moving here, they have change management 3 times . That says a lot about them . The employee turnover rate is high , even their management .

I moved into this complex last year in 2019 and I’m sad to say I’ll be moving out of this dope complex in 3 months. Me and my fiancé were greeted by a woman named Dalva, who’s got a great personality and didn’t give us the “business only, buy or get out” type of vibe. She was most definitely a family friendly type of lady, and we’re glad we got to meet her. As for the apartment we live in: a 2 bedroom 2 bath, the price on this is perfect for our income, and my favorite part is the way the inside is layed out. It’s not all crammed into one room. Actually feels like we have a house in here. Also, it’s pet friendly (which is why we have the extra room). The gym just got renovated and I go just about every single day, it’s got so much equipment that it actually surprised me since a lot of properties don’t focus on their gyms. That was a big deciding factor. Lastly, the other tenants here that we’ve met are pretty cool, we made a lot of close friends since we’ve moved here just from going to the gym, walking our dog, and taking a dip in the pool. My fiancé and I would highly recommend at the least going in and having a talk with the employees who work here, because their customer service is 10/10. Like I’ve said it’s unfortunate we’ll be leaving, because ever since this new manager Melisa has started working here, I have been seeing a lot of work getting done around this complex with the painting, renovation of the clubhouse and gym, and probably more which is great but to bad since we’ll be moving out to another state for work. Anyways, sorry for the lengthy review. Definitely take The Sanctuary down as a must see or must live apartment complex.

No One Answers The Phone. Take it from a 5 yr tenant management is difficult. Maintenance is a hassle. Many fees, limited service. I strongly suggest exploring other options for the best interest of YOUR Family.

We sincerely apologize for this as this instance was not intentional! Our team understands your frustration for this oversight and we invite you to visit our office so we can chat and attempt to turn things around.
Bug infested, take weeks to get to work orders, LITERALLY never return calls and will send you to collections after you move out for a bill they did not send you.

My husband, two kids and I moved in Summer 2018 and can’t wait for our lease to be up. -It took them 3 months to fix any of the issues we had at move-in, (we gave a *long* list on day two, including the AC not working- in July.) and had to call and write emails weekly to get anyone to help us. They essentially moved us into an unfinished unit. It was a nightmare. -They lied at lease signing about how much Utilities cost. They told us each month would be around $40-$50 in addition to our rent. It’s almost $200 extra. What they are charging for rent and utilities is theft compared to the quality. -The neighborhood doesn’t feel safe and cars are broken into on the regular within the complex- again, management doesn’t care. -There have been multiple times where a horrible, loud fire alarm has gone off (for no reason) to the point of having to pack up my small kids and leaving until it was turned off (both times it took multiple hours). -I’ve had two packages delivered to the office that they claim to have never received but UPS assured me they were absolutely delivered there. So, either they steal from you or they just allow anyone to take your packages. -And don’t bother trying to speak to the manager. She’s rude and literally does not care about doing her job. I’ve spoken to other residents who have all had similar experiences. Not to mention maintenance has laughed when I told them the issues. Their response was, “Yeah. Call me directly if you need something fixed. They won’t take care of it at the office.” I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Seriously. Move anywhere but here.

Dear Resident, We understand your frustration and are in the process of resolving this issue as quickly as possible. Please contact us directly in the Leasing Office at 702.647.9227 to discuss the current situation and the efforts we have in place to resolve this issue. Sincerely, Avery Park Apartments Management
I moved in Avery Park at the end of March 2015. I am extremely unsatisfied, building 13 has a HUGE bug problem! I've reported it to the office on a number of occasions, and NOTHING has been done! My stairwell is COVERED in spider webs and the same lousy excuse the apartment complex gives me, is "outside you can expect to see bugs, we can't get rid of bugs outside" of corse they offer pest control (which is provided by apartment complex -- & when I first moved in, the 2nd week the pest control came, and said, he wouldnt recommend spraying half my apartment since I have a baby in the house. What kind of apartment complex uses and promotes a pest chemical that is NOT GOOD for babies?) There's a broken light sitting in front of our door, which has also been reported, and NOBODY FiXES IT. I'm not sure if they just don't care? But I haven't even been here 6 months and it was so misleading the stuff they told us when we toured this apartment complex. They are supposedly strict (no items hanging over balcony/ how clean this complex is/ how they have security patrol (that's the biggest joke! I took pride when I first moved in thinking I'd be safe, have not seen any type of security what so ever.) It's a huge let down, and I wanted to take the time to let people know, the big fake smile they put on here at Avery Park is just that, FAKE! DO not move here! You will be disappointed! I absolutely cannot wait until my lease is up, this place is a bummer! :(

i dont know how many their are but this is for the torrey pines location. this is the worst company to have to deal with!!!! they owe me a refund (a month ago) that i have yet to recieve!!!! they say my check was sent back twice because they wrote down the wrong address, which i don't see how because they repeated the correct address to me. when i request to speak to someone higher up than the manager, the girl acted as if she didn't know anything and refuse to give me to who I requested to speak to ... i am going to complain about this company on every site i can find and call everywhere until i reach the owner or someone who is in charge that knows how to properly handle business. or maybe i'll contact a lawyer for all the stress i've been through because believe me, when the wanted my money, i had to give it right away so they should have that same respect!
