The Sands at Clearwater Apartments

Very nice area that is close to everything you could ever need. The lake is a beautiful view and we love the path along the lake, it’s perfect for an afternoon walk.

I love and great customer service in 7 years ! No complain and happy to be here I feel secure and feels happy environment The staff is the best always smiling The maintainable staff always helpful and educated with everyone But the Manager the best fried you can have

Love the amenities and the mordern layout of the apartment. Neighbors are kind as well as the maintenance workers. They fill out maintemce request very quickly

We are so lucky to have all the great birds we've had here lately in the lake! I really enjoy the walking trail that goes around the property. It is a great feature!

So far I am very happy here at the Sands. I feel very safe and secure. I love the amenities and my pup is well equipped with walking options. Everything seems to be going well!

We’ve loved it here. The staff are friendly and care about our experience. After the hurricane, I passed Corazon on the sidewalk and she asked how it went for us and the dogs. Every maintenance request is answered promptly. Any questions we have are answered. It’s actually easy to live here, which is nice!

Just moved here. So far so good. There are some things that disappointed me but I won’t go into detail; what you get for living in an apartment. Overall it’s a great place to live and you can’t beat the location

The Sands at Clearwater has been such a wonderful welcoming experience. The move in process was so seamless and we love the amenities this community offers. We are excited to enjoy the saltwater pool and take our fur baby for walks around the lovely pond.

Maintenance is quick to follow up with any type of service requests and they’re are super kind. I have loved these past 5 months living here, so much!

Quiet neighborhood with lots of things to do. Dog friendly. Close to everything you want to be close to. It’s like a little oasis tucked in behind the hustle and bustle.

I have to admit when we first moved in we wouldn’t expecting the best place, but it went beyond our expectations. The kitchens are awesome. The grills work and are awesome. We love grilling outback great space to hang out and visit very convenient to grocery stores and convenient stores and restaurants restaurantsso far so good. We’ve been here about a month now and we’re enjoying it.

This is a nice place to live and very close to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Residente Services are quick. 100% Recommended!

The mgmt company currently running things took more than 2 years to make the outside areas well-lit like they are supposed to be. Maintenance won't fix a problem until they can "see" it's a problem (allegedly per mgmt orders) despite an issue not taking place when they come to fix it. Can't really say these are "luxury" apartments when you have to fight to get things fixed.

Great place to live. Amenities are kept very clean. Safe secure location surrounded by many shops. Short drive away from Clearwater beach or Tampa.

Love it here, it’s a very beautiful and peaceful community. The views are gorgeous and the neighborhood is very calm and welcoming. The amenities are always clean and we haven’t had any problems since we’ve been here.

Great front office. Great maintenance staff. Amazing community. The pond and fountain are a highlight. The location is perfect. Stores, restaurants, easy access to north or south county or if you want to go to Tampa.

We enjoy living at the Sands it’s like a vacation all the time. The neighborhood is peaceful and clean. The amenities are always kept up well.

Love this place the best place we have found to live. It is quiet, clean and pleasant. It is well located and close to everything. It has beautiful green areas, you can walk around it with great peace. The only thing I can say is that the floors in the hallways of the buildings are very dirty and should be washed.

Place is spacious and beautiful, neighbors are friendly and everything is peaceful and quiet. I’ve only been here a short time but I love it here .

So far, the community is beautiful, and people are so friendly. I am enjoying it so far. There are minor things such as the gate not working properly, and the pool being closed but things happen, so it is not that big of a deal.

So far this place is great!! Beyond grateful for our leading office staff. They are the best. Everything is high maintenance and kept up to date!

I've lived at The Sands At Clearwater since 2014. During my time here (after transplanting front NYC) I find it very different of course. Much cleaner, although there are times when garbage collection could be better, but mgmt is working on this. But that is small compared to the positive reasons I live here. There is the trash valet whom collects my trash. Need I not mention, our well kept pool, the walk-to Walmart, Chase Bank, CVS, Office Depot, Publix, private or public parking. My experience living here has been nothing less then a 5 star.

Seriously such an amazing complex to live in. I am currently trying to get all my friends to move on so we can all enjoy it! It's so close to everything!

The office staff are great. The apartments homes are well equipped with great response if a repair is needed. The stairs and hallways are stained and very dirty and are not maintained which is embarrassing when I have guests.

I love living here. Great community! Amenities are amazing, and the staff. Great view of the lake and great walking path as well. Great walking location to everywhere as well.

Great and very nice persons! They are very helpful people who always do the maximum to help you! They help to maintain the community happy and without problems of any kind

We really enjoy living at the Sands! There is a lot of kids and a park for my daughter to enjoy! The pond is beautiful and has a nice walk around. The community is quiet and very clean!

Four months in and the apartment has been great! No complaints. The garbage/recycling can get a bit full at times but that’s really due to other residents as the management here does a good job. Excited to be here longer!

I just moved and I am delighted with this place, it is like being in a resort. It has beautiful green areas, the size of the apartment is perfect, the pool and the gym have been the best for me

The office staff has been really helpful since moving in. I really love it here! Can't wait to test out the pool! It is super convenient to be able to walk or ride my bike to basically anywhere I want to go!

Very nice people in the office and close to stores and walking distance to stores. Its quite very nice looking. Dog friendly with dog park a playground in pool very nice community.

Angelique has been amazing in getting everything set up for us! Her amazing personality is the reason we moved in honestly! When we walked for the tour she knew everyone and every little doggy knew her and was happy to see her! You can tell it's not just the residents that love her! The facilities look beautiful! Our apartment has more natural light than I could have dreamed of! I can't wait to start enjoying everything this complex has to offer! The concierge trash is something I never knew I needed and the guy who picks it up is super nice too!

The staff is always so nice and helpful. The apartment itself is great and any issues that to arise are able to be fixed by the great maintenance team!

We’ve had some issues with the amenities and things within our apartment, but we have never had any issue getting maintenance to come out and help fix whatever the issue is!

Customer service is fantastic. They are so nice. Maintenance is quick. The apartments are clean and well maintained. Location is great! We very much enjoy it here with our dogs.
