Property Ratings at The Savannah
I would only give this apartment building a 4 out of 5 because the one thing I don't like about it is the fact that your rent can rise depending if you make more a year later after you sign your lease. The things I like about the building is one, the location. It's located in the heart of downtown Rochester, so you're right around the corner from East Ave and the shops, bars, and night life. It's a safe environment. There is security on site and a there's a intercom system available for the people who have visitors so you don't have to come all the way downstairs to let them in. Laundry is onsite and appliances and utilities are included as well. And the building manager is very easy to reach if you need to put in a request for something to be fixed or what have you. It's a great place to live.
