I love living here. So many great places around us to go. Plenty of food and grocery store. All these amenities are within walking distance. So many great activities are planned monthly. The staff is amazing and always here to help (Stacey, Caroline, and Daryl).
It was a good decision coming from country club home to stay here for some time. Loved the apartments and loved the location. Your community programs were just brilliant!!

Even though coffee and wine are amenities that they offer, they are only available when staff is present. I was willing to pay more or offer a deposit to be able to have access to coffee at say 8am. Community is non smoking but there are a lot of people that still smoke and vape so much so that it comes through the vents. There is an issue with the fire alarm system. Staff is good but Stacey is the best. Events are ok. Communication can be improved. If you live in building 1, you will hear all the cars at QT at night and hear all of their lovely engines. Gates are finally working. Butterfly system can be a hit or miss. I felt safe taking a walk by myself in the area. Maintenence guys are quick and super nice. Staff needs a little bit of help following through, but overall good. Can't say anything about the manager because I never met him/her. Never bothered to come out of the office to say hi. Again Stacey is the best. The fruit, veggie, and herb garden was a nice addition.

The Sawyer is simply the best place to live in South Charlotte. It is in pristine distance from some of the best stores, with Whole Foods being only a five minute walk away! It is so easy to connect with the community with home many community events are held each month. The staff is so friendly and quick to help. Th apartment itself has been the best living experience I've had, as each utility gives a sense of luxury. Could not recommend this place enough!

Sawyer Providence Farm is a very good place to live. The place is nice, clean, tidy and very quiet. Not to mention the excellent surroundings, which are surrounded by supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants and various shops. The administrative team is friendly and although we are not fluent in the language, they try to understand us and always help us resolve our doubts and problems. The maintenance team, although very efficient, has room for improvement in terms of the attitude of some employees.

I have lived at The Sawyer Providence Farm for 17 months, I am into my second lease with this property and I truly love it. The ease for me and my 8 year Siberian Husky have living here is like none other, the staff, neighbors, and amenities make it safe and comfortable. I truly love the homey feeling my unit provides, my floor plan is such that you don't just walk into apartment and see everything there is to see at first glance, it feels like you are walking into a home and I truly love that vibe. I also love the access to clubs like art and cooking classes, I love that Whole Foods, Harris Teeter, and a slew of eateries and shops are within walking distance. It feels like home.

After we looked at the room and community environment, we liked it immediately. It was much better than what I had seen before, and it was obvious that the management was very good. The registration was a bit complicated, but we got help, so it was smooth.
