The Sawyer Providence Farm is truly a conmunity in which a.number of amenities are provided & a “neighborhood” environment is promoted. Monthly events are the norm as well as meet & greet opportunities for the residents. I love the fact that animals are welcomed too. It’s a great place to live indeed!

The apartment complex is very unique. In a very nice central area and community. I think it’s the most interesting apartment complex l have visited. It is a safe and secured place to live.

I'm loving living at The Sawyer! It feels more like a neighborhood community, than an apartment community, but still get all of the apartment living perks...salt water pool, clubroom, sky deck, gas fire pits, and more. It's also conveniently located, with tons of restaurants, shops, grocery, etc., all within a 2-5 minute walk from my front door. Staff and residents are all so friendly and welcoming.

The community is in a great location but there is a lot of issue with people following the smoking rules. And then general maintenance of common areas like stairwells and hallways, ie lights not changed and exit signs just hanging from the wiring.

great complex!! there’s so many amazing amenities, such as a rooftop, a saltwater pool, a community garden, a lounge/game room with study rooms also equipped, and so much more!

The neighborhood is wonderful, everyone is very friendly and warm. Dog park is an excellent perk. We love the pool area in the summer time, it feels like you are at a resort. Staff are always very helpful.

Even though coffee and wine are amenities that they offer, they are only available when staff is present. I was willing to pay more or offer a deposit to be able to have access to coffee at say 8am. Community is non smoking but there are a lot of people that still smoke and vape so much so that it comes through the vents. There is an issue with the fire alarm system. Staff is good but Stacey is the best. Events are ok. Communication can be improved. If you live in building 1, you will hear all the cars at QT at night and hear all of their lovely engines. Gates are finally working. Butterfly system can be a hit or miss. I felt safe taking a walk by myself in the area. Maintenence guys are quick and super nice. Staff needs a little bit of help following through, but overall good. Can't say anything about the manager because I never met him/her. Never bothered to come out of the office to say hi. Again Stacey is the best. The fruit, veggie, and herb garden was a nice addition.

The Sawyer is simply the best place to live in South Charlotte. It is in pristine distance from some of the best stores, with Whole Foods being only a five minute walk away! It is so easy to connect with the community with home many community events are held each month. The staff is so friendly and quick to help. Th apartment itself has been the best living experience I've had, as each utility gives a sense of luxury. Could not recommend this place enough!

This community is well-kept, staff is AWESOME and always so responsive. They literally know all of our family's names including our puppy's! Pool is gorgeous and fantastic to invite company to as well.

Love the vibes in the area! Gorgeous amenities and common area! Never felt more comfortable in an apartment! I would recommend this complex to anyone moving to Charlotte or just wanting to relocate. The staff is amazing and the community is even better!! Love it here!

The Sawyer at Providence Farm is a lovely welcoming community! I love my apartment and the complex. I love that I can walk to restaurants and grocery stores. It is close to everything! I looked at Charleston, Greenville and Atlanta and chose to move here and I am glad that I did.

Sawyer Providence Farm is a very good place to live. The place is nice, clean, tidy and very quiet. Not to mention the excellent surroundings, which are surrounded by supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants and various shops. The administrative team is friendly and although we are not fluent in the language, they try to understand us and always help us resolve our doubts and problems. The maintenance team, although very efficient, has room for improvement in terms of the attitude of some employees.
