Snug between the grassy plains and mountain peaks, Fort Collins is a treat for the eyes. It’s also home to Colorado State University, a top-ranking school known for academic excellence. Like many college towns, Fort Collins provides a variety of shops, restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment in its downtown district, but the pull of the beautiful landscape might draw you outdoors most often. The nearby Rocky Mountains and Roosevelt National Forest are ideal for activities like hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing. In the winter, sledding, skiing, and snowshoeing are popular.
Year-round events and festivals bring Fort Collins residents together. Whether it’s enjoying the popular summer concert series, catching a live musical performance at the Mishawaka Amphitheater, cheering on participants in the Colorado Marathon, or attending one of the popular music festivals, there’s always something exciting happening.

Property Ratings at The Seasons At Horsetooth Crossing
I had a great experience with this place many, many moons ago. I rented for 3 years, from 2008- 2011 and had zero problems or complaints. The grounds were beautiful, staff and maintenance were on top of things and were kind. I left CO when I moved. I recently came back for a visit and stopped in front of building 24. The trees are over grown out of control and it looked terrible from the outside. I actually have a photo that I took in 2010 of building 24. It was beautiful!! (Same time of year too.) I took the exact same photo this year (2019) and put them in a collage side by side. The now photo looks terrible. The paint colors, those 2 trees in front of the end unit. It amazes me how much things can change. I'm lucky I had a good experience!
Property Manager at The Seasons At Horsetooth Crossing, Responded To This Review
Thank you for rating us! We're glad you had a great experience and we strive every day to make our community look beautiful. We have just started a big painting and repair project and are looking forward to a fresh, modernized new look. We definitely agree it is time for a facelift! Sincerely, The Seasons at Horsetooth Crossing Apartments
I have to admit, no way shape or form is this management acceptable. We have an unfortunate situations come up, and they do people , this is part of reality, but management is the first to dismiss any kind of explanation and will feed you and your children to the dogs. No compassion or empathy whatsoever. The manager was so intoxicated one morning she had no idea the cameras were on and her and bf maybe? Were screaming at each other in the parking lot. Very professional. She also has a dog that is so not up to their policies. Is this fair? Stay away please. Upper management will be involved today. Thanks for the read.
I currently live at the Seasons, and I have to say, Stay away from here. When you come to look at the place, your shown a very nice model unit, but that's where the nice ends. When I actually moved in, the carpets were stained and not cleaned, the walls were painted with mismatched paint, and there was stains and dirt on the walls. The door does not seal properly and I'm honestly surprised I don't have a rodent or pest issue. The appliances were the worst part. The dryer was not functioning and the duct work wasn't even present. How did the last tenants ever dry their clothes, and how did this get passed in the preparation of a rental? My refrigerator is the loudest refrigerator I've ever heard, and it never stops running. 80 decibels is not appropriate when the average fridge is supposed to be 35 db. I've asked them 3 times to remedy the situation. They sent the maintenance staff once and allegedly called a repair person once. They say it's working fine. Sure, it works, but it is a nuisance. My third request has been ignored. Never once has anyone from the management of the property come to actually listen to the noise issue and use common sense of what a reasonable person might expect. I plan on talking to the property company in Ohio, the BBB, and seek advice as to my legal options to vacate the lease, unless of course, the fridge is fixed.
Worst apartment complex we have ever rented from. Absolutely no compassion for unfortunate circumstances. Very quick to toss you on the street of you are days late on rent. They nickle and dime you for everything!
These apartments are great for quiet relaxing lifestyle. The rooms and common space are quite spacious and you feel a sense of calm in the neighborhood, which leaves you at ease since it's one less thing to worry about. When the weather is right, you can head over to the courtyard and enjoy a swim in the sun.
This may be only an apartment in some people's eyes, but it is home to me and my family. I just love how close we are to schools, shopping, parks, work, and restaurants. The outside living space and pool are kept immaculate by the staff, which are so helpful and friendly.
Is a great place to stay. Everyone is friendly and pet friendly.
A decent sized 2 bed 2 bath for me my son my step daughter and their father. Would like more space but we have to deal for our 15 month lease.
