Built in 1927, this updated property is in the heart of East Rogers Park near Loyola University of Chicago. In walking distance of the red line, the Metra and three bus stops, the building is great for both drivers and public transit users. The Seville has both a passenger and freight elevator and three internal stairways. The walls in this beautiful building are solid concrete, which makes our apartments essentially sound proof. All of our apartments feature vintage hard-wood Parke floors, and have great closet space. 2 Blocks from the lake!! On site management
