not the best at all
lived there for a year in 2021, place is gross, manager doesn’t know how to clean up and is super rude to everyone, he throws your stuff outside if your a few days late on rent, laundry is mad expensive and dirty, he doesn’t clean the bathrooms and doesn’t fix anything in the studios, way too expensive for a trashed out place, definitely don’t recommend at all??

If your going to be homeless this may be a better place than that. If its winter time i dont know, a tent might be better. Summer time and 118° and you have kids and a wife...this place will be better than being homeless. The mail goes thru the owner and the washer and dryer is $6.50 a load.
