We lived here for a few years during our school time. They always kept the place well maintained and fixed anything that broke really fast. I highly recommend this place if you want to live in Pacific Grove, CA.
With my 4 and half years of living experience in Shangri La Apartment, I can assure they are very responsive to their amenities. In this long time living, I just complain only once. Rather than they didn't give me any chance to complain again. Once I faced trouble with their ac and after complain they took much time to repair it. But after that, they replace it with a new ac. That was really amazing. Else, everything is very delighted and hearty. Their welcoming and greeting were warming rather than greeting by hi and hello. Their accommodation and service up to the professional level and significantly satisfactory. Cleanliness and a roomy environment are really good to enjoy living here. All other services and facilities are up to the mark. The apartment office is close and reachable at any time in case of an emergency. Above all, the services they offered to us were very much standard and satisfactory for the Shangri Laa Standards.
We stayed at the Shangri Laa Apartments for quite a couple of years. It was great and quite roomy. The apartment room is very good and comfortable for living each day. Rooms are very spacy and for the kids too. Each apartment has a pool that is very relaxing and enjoyable for the kids. Though we faced some issues at the beginning. Like garbage and trash pickup and un-proper services. But as long as I complain at the office, they take proper care and solve the issue immediately. They are very friendly to solve every single issue faced by us. Overall a nice experience living in Shangri Laa Apartment.
Awesome apartment home!!! This is the best place I have ever lived in. Everyone that lives here comes in love with this location, building, and management. This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in! If you are deciding to rent an apartment to make your life easier, choose this place! The staff here are awesome and amazing. Very nice building in an outstanding location! I like the location very much.
By far, the best experience I have had in a rental home. The aids were clean, comfortable, and safe. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I would highly suggest it if you are looking to live near David Avenue, Pacific Grove, CA. Charming, the bedroom apartment. Comfy and close to everything!!! There was an awesome garage for parking, a great pool area, and a beautiful sitting area. Everything was just fine.
I have stayed in this Apartment home twice. I find it comfy and secure. The location is very near to everything, malls, church, supermarket, eateries, and others. All within walking distance. Defiantly advise staying here. The property was "as displayed". I recommend the location. The property was a good value for the cost paid. The property gave wifi/internet access. My security deposit was returned on time.
We stayed at Shangri-La apartment for 2 years. Location is quiet, which is exactly what we wanted. Within a very quick walk to the beach, or a short drive of the Monterey. We were shocked at finding the best apartment in this location, with lots of trees and you could hear the beach. The apartment includes hardwood floors, bedroom, ceiling fans, living room area, pantry, bathroom, dishwasher, and an electric kitchen. It has recently been remodeled and updated, rooms are spacious, clean. The staff was extremely pleasant and attentive. We loved everything about this Apartment. Recommend this Apartment.
