Property Ratings at The Sheldrake Apartments
The Sheldrake isn't the greatest apt complex but it's not the worse. The tenants are friendly and for the most part there is no "extra" going on in the place. The complex is income based. I rarely have need of maintenance but when I do need them, they are there in a timely manner. I recently had issues w/ my central air conditioner and I called about the problem and withing the next there they were there to repair. As, I stated The Sheldrake is not the Ritz but it's home and I would recommend this place to anyone who was interested.
I been living here for about 2 years bow when i first moved in here it was quiet everybody stayed to theirselves. Now its noisey! People sleeping in the lobby, way to many drunk people in the building... And maintenance never come out i been waiting on them for about 2 months and letsnot talk about thier renting agreement it should be illegal!! Do your self a favor and dont rent here
