Maintenance and Cleanliness Concerns

I regret to say that my experience at the apartment has been marred by several issues that need urgent attention. Firstly, the ventilation system was very dirty upon my arrival, with vents covered in dust and grime. This indicates a lack of regular cleaning and maintenance, which is concerning for air quality and overall health. Additionally, the garbage chute is in a deplorable state, with an unpleasant odor and visible signs of neglect. This is not only unhygienic but also a potential health hazard for residents. Furthermore, the laundry facilities have been a disappointment. None of the dryers work properly, leading to long wait times and inconvenience for residents. This is unacceptable considering the basic necessity of clean clothes. Lastly, there is a serious pest issue in the building. I have encountered German cockroaches and mice in my unit, which is unacceptable. This poses a health risk and indicates a larger problem that needs to be addressed immediately.
