Lived here for a year and I would definitely recommend. I only move out so I can be closer to family, otherwise I would definitely stay. Nice and new. The 2 pool areas are great time for the summer and their gym has great equipment too.

Best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The front desk staff and maintenance staff go above and beyond to help residents. They recently changed management and the new management is fantastic. The apartment grounds are spotless and they keep all of the common areas meticulously clean. They fix any issues immediately. So nice!!

Spectacular setting and Spectacular apartment and management This place is beyond words. I have enjoyed it for 3 years since it's opening. They have amazing massive serene park trails and dog parks! The new highway access is finally now open and puts this location simply ahead of all others.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management is a mess! Everything is always broken, and they claim is a luxury community. I was one of the first tenants moving in when they were brand new. Always paid on time, never had an issue with anyone. It is so hard to get maintenance to work on issues, my smoke detectors were out for the last 3 months there when I reminded them constantly about it. Im working on gathering all evidence and sending them to Corporate since we know its not legal as well with a balance of $4000 that is already in collections we were just informed about, we never received an invoice. Left apartment in perfect condition and donated furniture to an employe they asked to leave it in the apartment and now we are being charged for “Trash” when we were told to leave it there. Whenever I asked about the “manager” MEL claimed I was being rude and hung up. Asking about why they make up charges does not seem rude to me, called again and told me that since Im no longer a tenant she cant talk to me. THEY ARE A JOKE. of my neighbors was living without AC for about 3 weeks during summer. Hallways are dirty and constantly found dog pee and poop. JUST A NIGHTMARE OVER ALL. Save yourself the headache.

Dolce, there have been many changes in the more than three months since you moved out of the property. As I have said when responding to previous reviews, ownership agreed with you regarding the poor management, lack of cleanliness, and delayed responses to work orders. So, shortly before you moved out, Stonebridge Management replaced the former management company, and if you look at the dozens of positive posts since then, there has been a tremendous change. Now, regarding your specific issue, we have tried reaching out to you multiple times asking for proof to resolve the balance in collections, but unfortunately, we have not received a response from you.
