Trendy shopping centers and local cafes draw visitors from all over the East Side, but what sets Northpoint apartment is its variety of historic homes.
Like everything else in this vibrant neighborhood, no two homes are exactly alike, with an eclectic mixture of Tudor, French Renaissance, Georgian, and Mediterranean architecture. Apartments in the area range from affordable to upscale, so there’s something for everyone in this bayfront oasis.
Families flock to this neighborhood for its peaceful, private streets, and commuters appreciate living in the heart of metropolitan coast teeming with urban amenities. Locals also enjoy a rich arts scene in the several historic art museums in town.

Property Ratings at The Shorecrest
I love the character of a historic building and the Shorecrest has it. There's a charm that cannot be duplicated in a modern building and it attracts a wonderfully diverse tenant base which I appreciate. The location and views are near perfect, at a fair price and dogs are allowed. Having a new baby we are extra appreciative of site washer/dryers and parking. While no place is perfect it was a good move for us. And the on site manager is diligent, helpful and friendly. We'll be here for a while.
We moved into the Shorecrest as new empty-nesters. Sold our house, downsized, and very much enjoy the freedom of apartment living. The walls are thick here and it's much quieter than we imagined it would be. The management and maintenance staff are great and attend to problems quickly and they do a good job. The building is lovely, rich in history, a gracious place to return home at the end of the day. Our view of the lake and cool breeze through the windows all summer was so great. We never needed the air conditioner. The apartment is spacious and open with great natural light, hardwood floors, tall ceilings, nd a nice layout. And! there's a great cast of East-side characters who live here and are awesome to get to know. We love living here. 5 stars!!!
I’ve loved my time at Shorecrest! It’s in the best location there is- walking distance to most anything (especially the lake). It has such charm and history to every part of it as well- the lobby, the hallways, the rooms! The staff is also always kind and willing to help no matter what.
I love my apartment. I have plenty of space, great natural light and an awesome view. Also, friendly neighbors in a really cute and active neighborhood. I feel very lucky to love where I live, especially since it's my first place!
