Things had to be fixed when I moved in, but overall the maintenance people were very quick and It was a new building. Lots of events for residents.
It has been a lovely experience living at the Smith 99. The building is always well-kept. The concierge has been very friendly and helpful. I enjoy the amenities and the events the Smith has been hosting recently.
The Smith has been nothing but great. All the staff is super welcoming, other residents are extremely friendly and the facilities are very clean.

great location and finishes! I love the convivence of the parking garage to the building. Front desk staff are so nice and very kind- really appreciate them! The walls are very thick I never hear neighbor noise. The downside is the ventilation at least in my unit. The den while we knew did not have windows, it does not have an air vent either. This is hard with the only window/air vent being on the other end of the unit and working in the den. We had to purchase a fan. The TVs not connecting to any kind of streaming service or HDMI cable is disappointing as well if we wanted to have friends over and watch an ESPN event. The fire pits do not work 50% of the time either and no one seems to know how to work them.

Very luxurious building with great amenities. Close to downtown, chinatown and copley square. I just don’t like that there’s a lot of pets and most of the time they are unleashed and go poop everywhere.

Amenities are great and staff is helpful and kind! The package room is great and the added bonus of the fridge is helpful. Free coffee is also good. So far a good experience.

I had a very pleasant experience staying in this apartment. It is elegant, quiet and cozy, and I was able to enjoy the sunlight flooding the room every day. The apartment is well equipped and the management is friendly and efficient and any problems are solved in a timely manner. The neighbors are also very friendly and always have a warm human touch. The location of the apartment is very convenient, with an abundance of dining and shopping options around, making life more convenient and enjoyable.

I really enjoy my stay at the Smith. It feels like you live in a Hotel where every thing you might need for a happy living is around you. The pool, the gym, the common space, the garden ... You step out of your appartment and it feels like you went on a trip. The neighbors and staff are very friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Love the building and our unit. There are definitely some quirks that come with being brand new (for example, all of the outlets in our bedroom are incorrectly wired and they aren’t sure they can fix it, and the package room isn’t secure or organized).

My experience at the smith has been an incredible one. It is by far the best apartment complex in downtown, Boston. This 5-star community has a supportive and friendly staff, amazing amenities, and gorgeous in-unit apartments. The interior design of the apartment is truly state of the art and the floor plan alone creates an ambiance. The roof top is my favorite amenity by far, which includes a rooftop pool. I would highly recommend this apartment; it is worth every penny!!
