It’s a cute neighborhood, not far from Campus or Uptown Station which is a huge plus for me as someone with no car. The house is amazing and is great on space. The lack of amenities saddens me especially for the price; we do have in-unit laundry which is great.

Overall my experience has been pretty good so far! Sometimes the noise around can be pretty loud but that’s to be expected in a townhouse. Maintenance has also been great! They come pretty quickly and have repaired things really well and quickly!

The social is a nice place to stay if you’re going to school at Illinois State University. It’s not to far from campus and is right by uptown! The community at the social is great! The service and quality is amazing although there are a few tweaks that can be made. I would recommend staying at the social at Illinois state.

So far, I’d say that my experience has been decently positive. My roommates that I got matched with are awesome and the community seems really nice. My only complaint would be the noise from other residents on Fell and the street traffic can be noisy.

Having a lot of fun and my room is awesome. My roomates are great and I’m sure I’ll be coming back next year. There are some janky spots but I could care less because every night I sleep with a roof over my head and friends to accompany me. Glad to be here man. I’m bouta cry just writing this.

The social at illinois state is a cozy and great living environment. The rooms are sapcious and lots of cabinet/storage space. I love having the big closet that could fit whatever I want in it.

I love the community and apartment.The rooms are very big and have a bathroom and walk in and upstairs there is a big kitchen living room and laundry room. There also is parking and the walk to campus is only 13 minutes so it’s easy to get to class and it is also easy to get to the downtown. It’s super close to grocery stores and is overall a great place to stay at,

The location is great. Treatment from office and maintenance staff was disrespectful at times. The cost of utilities was ridiculous. It should not cost over $200 a month for electricity plus water, garbage and sewer costs for each unit.

Super cute townhouses, located very close to campus less than 5 minutes away. Parking is tight and there is no guest parking available but the homes are very nice, updated appliances and sleek design. Also located about 5 minutes from Uptown and Uptown station. Location is PERFECT for students without a vehicle.

I did enjoy living here, maintenance was quick even though they were a little rude. I would recommend never forgetting your key because they will charge you 70 dollars, even if it is your first time. The staff is really nice though.

The amenities have been nice and everything is updated fairly well. The utilities are always super high. The carpets are okay, but there are tears and stains in some places. The staff is passive aggressive and you will be paying higher than needed. The parking situation is also really nice!

I truly enjoy living here! My roomates are great. I like that we all have our own bathrooms and personal space. The common areas are big enough for us to all have designated spaces for our belongings. The only issue I have is the parking. It’s really tight and you have to double park.

So far, the experience has been great. Everything is functioning properly, and the house looks beautiful. The reason why I am leaving 4/5 stars instead of 5 is because we have had a work order concerning our microwave. The door of the microwave currently in use is broken and when we placed the work order, 2 weeks ago, a new one came the next day. However, since then no one has come to install the new microwave.

The apartment complex is in a nice neighborhood, there is someone outside all the time being social with their neighbors. It is a very close walk to the campus nearby.

The apartment bed rooms are huge and recently renovated. The same goes for the kitchen. Lots of space for everyone. My one complaint is the parking lot is really cramped and crowded. But all in all a great place to live:)

It’s very nice on the outside but my unit is not updated and it’s been some problems with maintenance. We were also without hot water for the first week that we moved it (water still doesn’t get hot for real)

its a great first apartment, my only complaint is the parking. location to campus is great and only about a 5 minute walk to the quad. very affordable and individual leases are a plus.

so far my experience has been rocky but good. it was a lot of paperwork at first and losts of miss communications. once that was figured out it was good. getting keys was very easy

Very nice and clean. Very few issues. Everything is clean and smells fresh when we moved in. The parking spaces are very nice but the fact that they are stacked are going to cause trouble when the parking lot begins to fill

The social has been a great location to live at. Communication regarding questions and other things about bills and living about the residence have been really tricky to get answered by the leasing department.
