I love the apartment but I will say that the work orders are on and off when it comes to getting this fixed in an orderly time. But I love all the amenities!

The staff, the place itself, and all the fun things living here offers, makes me love living here!! I haven't had any problem with house this place gets ran. And the fact that I could out in as much money into our resident portal for our rent to get pulled out of helps me feel prepared and one step ahead. And the staff always adding in new things to help us out more.

The Landing at south
I have lived at the Landing sense it has opened and have loved every bit of it! It is a great atmosphere where you can always feel at home! The houses are the perfect size and I have loved all the memories I have made here while making this house my home!

Not that great-don't waste your money
Let me tell you first. There are soooo many problems. First, the buildings took too long to be constructed. Second, the rent is too high. Applicant screening is HORRIBLE!!! This is not supposed to be designed as co-ed housing. The plumbing is so far below poor that the Health Department should be called as there are poop-water stains because of poor plumbing. It is not just in one house! There is also spider and ant problems. (I believe the spider is poisonous as well). Overall, it is a danger to your health so don't waste your money and go somewhere else.
