I wish maintence reacted faster. I enjoy the convience of a shuttle near me. Everyone is friendly. The wildlife is beautiful- deer and butterflies-like a lot of butterlies. The windows are nice and big. Kind of jealous of the guys upstairs and their ceilings, although we have higher ceilings. The residents really make the experience.

The maintenance rarely shows up for requests, even in an emergency. When I first signed, the staff was great, since then it has changed numerous times, and now it feels harsh and rude in the office. When I ask questions about my bills being incorrect I am shoved off to other companies, as The Social never takes responsibility for their mistakes, or tries to fix them. When I moved in, the unit was disgusting and most appliances were not working. I had to put in multiple requests as well as go into the office just for them to answer me. Eventually they "cleaned" it again, just for me to give up on them and do it myself. I have had mold in my apartment for months now, that they refuse to treat, saying that it is just dust and won't come check it. I cannot reach the vents so cannot clean it myself or even check, but have found mold throughout the apartment. It is ALWAYS humid and hot in these units because the doors and windows are improperly sealed (I have made multiple requests to fix this that have gone unanswered) which causes mold and bugs to come in, as well as flooding in the apartment when it rains. I could go on and on, but you get the point: DON'T LIVE HERE.

I love the Social! I've never had any issues with my apartment and my favorite part is how quiet the community is. The sink space is small but otherwise it's been great!

It’s a very nice and quiet town for the most part. As far as the units themselves they could be a little better. The toilets are in a very bad location in the bathroom as well as the toilet paper rolls, both very inconvenient, very nice place, but that could have been designed way better. Also the dog park poop garbage is always full. They said they remove it every day, I’ve been here a week as of today and it has yet to be changed out. The last thing would be the thickness of the ceiling, we live in the first floor and can hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, walking around, talking etc. I would install carpets with an extra layer of padding in all 2nd floor units to make the first floors more pleasant to live in. Overall very nice place and the best staff I have lived with yet!

The apartment is a bit outdated, but the staff are very helpful, and the community has a lot of amenities to offer. There’s a gym, the pool, furnished apartments, and the bus runs fairly on time to get me to and from school. The community is generally quiet and hosts events that are fun to participate in.

Unfortunately, my initial experience upon move-in was not great. I have had challenges since day 1. I was treated very poorly and disregarded by a temp manager named Ricky. I was finally moved to another apartment unit because of issues in the initial unit. The new unit also had issues like leaks and missing appliance parts and maintenance was not showing up to handle the issues. I understand there is new management and he has made more attempts to resolve than what was previously in place. I really like the community and coziness but that this been one of the most stressful moves for me as a student and for my mom (a single mom) who took off of work to help. I hope it gets better because I really enjoy the community area and want to enjoy fully where I am living.

So far so good! Apartment wasn’t as great as I was hoping moving in, especially after the 2 weeks of renovations they supposedly went under. Broken blinds and cabinet doors, entry doors into the apartment that don’t work, ac not working. However the maintenance team has been amazing. Any issues we had at move in have been remedied almost immediately. I don’t blame the apartment for this, I know we just got a new manager, so I’m sure around the time of move in everything was transitionary. Amenities are great, gym and cyber cafe are very clean.

There have been some issues just general apartment/ move in stuff but nothing too crazy. Everyone at the office has been really nice and respectful. They have been under a change of management so it can be hard to tell if things are going to improve or not yet but we shall see!

The environment is great, it’s also very calm. The amenities are great as well! I moved in and the place had a couple maintenance issues and I’m still waiting for them to be fixed. But overall it’s a good place.

Front desk people are very nice and do the best they can to help. They also do a lot to try and give back to residents with a bunch of events and stuff popping up from time to time. Not a bad place to live by any means. However, there was a lot of fixing I had to do on my own because a maintenance worker wasn’t available when I moved in. To this day there are still a number of things that are either broken or just don’t work. Considering how much the rent is, I’d expect to be able to use all of the included appliances.

My experience as a resident here so far has been good. Most problems are quickly resolved by staff who are always so friendly. Lots of opportunities for giveaways too! Maintenance is the only problem here since it takes a while for requests to be completed. Overall, great apartment

The location is my favorite part. However, there have been a lot of issues with the water in the past. The maintenance staff also takes a long time to do their job. The property staff are nice and have good intentions but often times are lazy. I’ll probably be moving out next year but I have enjoyed my time at The Social.

It is a very nice complex that is beautiful with very spacious housing. The workers at the front are really nice but it takes them a while to do anything. Maintenance takes a while to come and get things fixed. Beautiful place to live but you will need to press them to get anything.

The only good thing so far here is the free parking and its availability. The assigned room was ok but the apartment all in all was dirty, smelly, and disgusting when I moved in.

Staff has always been great, and the community is fantastic. However, the apartments are rife with electrical and plumbing issues that are never quite fixed, no matter how many times maintenance insists that they've come in to fix them.

Loved living here! The staff was super nice and helpful. The apartment community was quiet and very homie feeling. Maintenance was sometimes slow, but always got the job done well.

Great management, very accommodating, the apartments really aren’t bad for the price! The only thing is maintenance is slow and I still have a couple of issues that weren’t fixed.

Everyone is super sweet in the main office! Apartments are small but it’s enough space for a college student. My favorite thing is how close they are to campus and the bus shuttle so I don’t have to worry about driving to campus and finding parking!

Really great place to live! It's quiet, colorful and friendly. All my neighbors are great, the complex is a good distance from the bus stop, and the office staff are always helpful! The only issue that I've had is that maintenance is really slow, and most of the apartments are in need of a bit of revamping and releveling. My toilet was broken the day we moved in, and has had constant issues for a year. Other than that, this has been a wonderful place to live.

Best place by far stayed for 3 years and the atmosphere and people were amazing. It's perfectly placed on craddock to be close to everything but still away from the noise. Also the patio is perfect to relax on a nice day

The apartment complex has a nice look a vibe to it. All though the maintenance could be a little more timely and thorough with the job, overall it is not bad. The managers are always nice and the throw community events such as the crawfish boil which was nice.
