My apartment is very clean and with plenty of room for what ever you want. Jordan helped me get everything done that i needed to get my apartment with ease. He was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process and was able to answer any questions that I had.
Very straightforward and informative. Jordan was very helpful in making sure I knew what I needed to from applying to the move-in itself. The area has plenty resources and the units are designed well.
One of the smoothest moving process I have had. Jordan was always available to address all my questions and concerns. Neighborhood seems quiet and secure.
Management is terrible. Upon move in, my AC was not working. It was over 100 degrees outside, but they did not classify this as an emergency maintenance when moving a truckload up 3 flights of stairs. On my first week of living here a vehicle is parked blocking my car from being able to get out. I was told they were sending a tow truck. 2 hours later and still no truck. Management has not followed up with me to get this resolved and refuses to share the towing company so I can contact themself. Absolutely overpriced for the way management treats their residents.
I can’t say enough positive things about The Solera!!! I LOVE our apartment!!! ??The staff is so helpful and very friendly! Cherisse has gone above and beyond to answer all my questions and has really helped me with our move transition! I really appreciate how Jaylin FaceTimed me when I was in California and couldn’t come see the model apartment in person. Nate is very friendly as well and has answered many questions for me! The maintenance staff person Mark came the same day we put a request in for maintenance, and he did a great job! He was very thorough and made sure our apartment was taken care of! I love the pool here and I feel very safe in this apartment complex. The apartment has really nice new wood floors in the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms and soft carpeted bedrooms. ?? It’s very nice that there is a Target very close! Happy to be here!!
