No communication No empathy No welcome I went back after moving in and my leasing agent acted like she had no idea who I was

The leasing office is incredibly unresponsive and disrespectful towards their tenants. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, they rarely answer calls or provide adequate responses. Service requests are consistently ignored, even after making numerous visits to the leasing office. Their treatment of residents is humiliating, and it's clear that they have little regard for the well-being of their tenants. These have been some of the worst living conditions I've ever experienced.

I am honestly mad that I even have to leave one star, they are completely undeserving of even that. Living at the Sophia was definitely not smooth from maintenance taking forever to come to mice, bugs, questionable neighbors, I could go on and on but that honestly wasn't the worse for me. I moved out of the Sophia in September of 2022 and in March of 2023 I received a call from collections saying that I owed money on a situation that was handled in October of 2022. I was literally told by the property manager- have the emails to prove it- that my account was zeroed out. I sent out all the proof saying that I did not owe anything else and they are still saying I owe money. I have called the office, gone to the office, emailed the office and the collections department countless times and I have not been given ANYTHING! Not a call back, not an email, NOTHING!!! There is no way that I should be going bothered by an apartment that I left MONTHS ago. I AM BEGGING YOU, DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Someone broke into my apartment and stole my bike and laptops. Significant issues with bugs. Management response to concerns is ok

It’s not worth it, the day I moved out best day of my life. They are overpriced, disgusting grounds, and they love to charge you for things on your lease they don’t even offer. Seriously stay away unless you want a rat/roach infested apartment, no hot water ever, and leaks everywhere. They don’t do a walk through of the apartment prior to move in so expect everything to be nasty and broken when you move in. Seriously don’t do it, the location is not worth it!

This is the WORST apartment I’ve ever stayed in. My building unit and the surrounding units have been without water for 3 days. The leasing office will not respond to calls and texts you have to go up there to speak to someone even then they aren’t of any real assistance. This is only my second month living here and it’s a horror movie, something is always broken. I will be reporting them to the city!

They will run your credit several times and are known to bait and switch. They moved me into a half upgraded apartment then switched me to the Sophia which are infested with roaches. This is heartbreaking for my family. Please do not move here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! RAT PROBLEM! I have had nothing but issues since I moved in. I moved in to the side of the complex not remodeled and never mentioned a rat problem. Pests is not even mentioned on the leasing contract and how they would handle it. I notified them within weeks of moving in as soon as I realize I had rats going through my trash and cabinets and all they gave me was sticky traps. I know I haven’t been the only one to complain. It took them 2 months to address the rat problem and get an exterminator out but same issue persists. I’ve put in multiple requests and no one is able to tell me what exactly they have done or will do to fix the issue. The whole apartment smells like rat urine. There’s holes on the walls where rats have gnawed from behinds the walls and have not been fixed. As much as I clean, I wake up with rat droppings everywhere. The rats have gotten in my closets, on my couches as well as ON my bed. They’re so loud at night making it difficult to get a good nights rest to the point that I’ve had to sleep elsewhere. As tenants we should not be paying out of pockets to deal with an infestation that’s a huge health hazard!

I feel very safe in the area walking my dog, walking to get food, or going back and forth to my car. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone. I just moved to a renovated apartment the I love. I was going to move, but Tracey talked me into staying. She was so accommodating and made me feel so welcomed immediately.

I wish I could give These apartments -5 stars. These apartments are not the same apartments as they show in the pics. The amenities they say they offer are all lies. They have mold and bed bugs. Tracy the manager doesn't like talking to the residence. Salma the assistant manager is always lying and avoiding answering any questions you have. The girls in the office are very rude. The maintenance guys don't do the job right. Old appliance that don't work. Terrible place to live. The city should really close the apartments down and tear them down.

Those pictures shown on their web site are not the same apartments they are leasing out. They are old apartments with old white appliances that don't work. They have mold and bed bugs problems. The air conditioning doesn't work. It throws hot air. The girls in the office are very rude. They don't answer the phones, emails or any questions. The maintenance guys are even worst. They will not fix anything. Worst apartments every. The city should shut them down.

Worst mistake I did was moving here. The A/C doesn't not throw cold air at all. I have submitted work orders for maintenance to come check out my A/C. And as soon as I submit the request I get a response within 2 minutes that the work order has been completed. To give it a few hours to cool. I have gave it over 30 days and still no cold air. And I been having issue after issue with my apartment. And you can't even talk to the girls in the office because the office is always closed. Worst apartments ever. I don't understand why they are still leasing apartments. They really need to close down. Plus all the pics on their website is not the same apartments they are leasing.

Worst apartments ever!!!!.. They control the AC and they haven’t turn it on. And it’s really hot inside even outside is cold. The floors are staring coming out because they are old and the smell is bad. I regret gettting this apartment. The pictures they show it’s a lie.

Vermin! and let m,e say again...vermin! there are roaches and rats between the walls and under the floor (pier and beam foundation). These are too expensive for what they are. Maintenance is terrible now. Great neighborhood, great neighbors, but we are all moving out ASAP. Pay a little more somewhere else or pay the same in a different neighborhood. We are all laughing at the name change, Geez!

Just because the name has changed and they claim to have renovated these apartments, does not mean that they have actually done anything. This apartments are terrible and overpriced. The property manager KJ is the worst part about these apartments and is always rude when you ask for basic things to get fixed. We have had nothing but issues since we moved in in May 2019. They charge way to much for these apartments that they’ve just given a new layer of paint and a couple new appliance. The laundry rooms here are a joke also, you have to pay $20 for a special laundry card to use the washers and dryers (and that $20 isn’t put towards the balance on the card either. The list of problems at this place is almost to much to list. Don’t be fooled, this is still the Hub and half the apartments are still broken down.
