Property Ratings at The South Independence
So I saw the ad for free rent with Independence Day guy, and it seemed like fate since I live in the independence building. Coincidence? I think not. That aside, I've been here for a year and love it. Close proximity to the city (8 min ferry ride), close and convenient food and booze be it bars/restaurants or liquor stores/Rite Aid, and the amenities are top notch with dual pool selection and pretty solid gym(it's definitely better than the no judgement zone). Some of the few downsides include the constant reminder that everyone around me is way more successful than I am and the really weird crowd the pier attracts during the summer. Other than that I've loved the past year here and am definitely renewing my lease.
