Regret moving here and cannot wait until my lease is up . Maintenance requests take weeks to get solved at times , bugs and roaches are a serious issue as pest control didn’t even help, people leave their stinky trash outside of their doors on days where they know trash will not pass so it stinks around here , the office communication is horrible they tell you one thing and never hold their word . The gate has been broken for months so there’s no safety The tub was filthy you can tell they just painted over the filth just being cheap and not replacing the bath tub. There are cracks in the baseboards where I’m sure bugs enter . I have had to go in the office several times just for a maintenance request to be filled . Yall need to hire more maintenance staff .The light switches are wired incorrectly .They do not inspect these units before you move in when i moved here 6 months ago everything was broken ! A/C and shower head didn’t work .

If you are looking for a safe place to live, this is not the place. The complex manager will ignore you. The office staff are liars. It’s just a check for them, they do not care. Maintenance show up when they feel like it. The key to my apartment has been lost about 4 times. The list goes on, i just do not have enough room to type it all out. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

They have hidden fees everywhere and neighbors suck I'm moving asap. Gates never work. Small Apts. for the price. Forever to get maintenance. Rude office staff. looking for a new place for the new year.
Please don't move here, this new management company bought the property and immediately went up on the rent $350.00..they will evict you at the drop of a dime, takes forever to fix issues, matainence staff not experienced, gym equipment broke, gates broke, nothing for the kids to do at all,Manager has an awful attitude.. fired all her staff. Temp workers, have to call in request multiple times...its really sad

Everything falls apart. They change management every other month and new management is shady and will try to come into your home without permission STAY AWAY everything is falling apart.
The apartment is big and spacious and provides everything I was looking for in an apartment.

I like the complex so far. Only been here a few days, but so far, so good. Quiet at night and during the day.
I would definitely recommend Sevonna and to be honest if I wasn't trying to purchase a home I'd be right back at Sevonna. I'm currently still renting hopefully this will be my last year. As stated before I didn't renew (regret it) and would have never moved if I didn't have to. I really do miss this place.
I'd recommend for the parking alone. Lots and lots. Grounds are well kept; seems quiet, office inviting and willing to listen and answer questions.
It's a very pleasant place to live and I am always satisfied with whatever service that I request.
Everything about this apartment community is amazing
I would recommend this apartment community for the peace and quiet I desire to seek. Feels more than just an apartments, it' a place I can call home without having to worry about negative aspects of it.
Family and friends would be a tough sell. To anyone else I would say the complex can be a fair value and nice enough place to stay. The complex is dark at night due to the lack of street lighting. People speed throughout, both folks that live there and those that dont. And the trash pickup may show up at 4am in the morning waking you up unneccessarily, which has happened multiple times. Security is lacking completely. Lack of video cameras even at the gates in the front of the complex with the darkness of the complex makes for a poorly secured/monitored community.

I do like my apartment. I like the complex. The office staff however, often does not follow through with concerns.

The leasing agent "Chris" was very nice and friendly. The area seems very nice and quiet.
it's a good community, few more kids than before. don't like the increase in rent every year and i take my own trash out but i still pay for that serves i don't use but still home.

The location near I-10 is great!! The quiet neighborhood, and the options and apartment lay out are all favorites!
The complex has changed drastically since we moved here. But, the staff is working hard to get back to the standards that were once here.

Gated community with excellent amenities for the family and pets. With a great location within minutes of major stores around the areas.
The location of SPR right next to the noisy freeway, and tucked into a side street with little in walking distance, is its only major downside. Otherwise living there was fantastic.
I would recommend this community because the leasing office staff is professional warm & informative. The community was very clean, safe, quiet.
To me, the complex is extremely comfortable. The unit is definitely my style with a great price. Enough room for pets and very pet friendly. I'm excited to move in.
I would recommend this apartment, because you can pick between garage or no garage. The apartment are a very comfortable size. They have all the amenities you need. I think the best park was the Sevona community days once a week. The food trucks, Halloween gathering, etc.I loved how they tried to bring the community together. Big Bonus I felt safe living in the complex.

I have been here for over 15 years and the apartments exteriors have not been maintained and class of residents has decreased. I have had NO upgrades after 15 years, but if were a new resident paying same would an updated apartment. I plan on leaving after 15 years when lease expires.
Major issue is with the residents. They do not stop at the stop signs. I risk my life leaving off the property everyday

I would definitely recommend it, it was my home for four years. The beautiful apartments, spacious 2 car garage, common and surrounding areas, washing and drier IN the apartment, everything is beautiful and well maintained.

I'??m satisfied I live on the 1ts floor now and the steps and movements of the neighbors living above heard a lot, but when I lived on the second floor everything was perfect. I love this community.
I am leaving SEVONA after 4 years, but I can'??t honestly say anything negative regarding my experience. Sometimes there are unattended small children in the parking lots, but lately I don'??t see that. The maintenance fee of $32.+ is ridiculous for how infrequently I need trash pickup. The office, however, has always been efficient and polite in my opinion. I suppose I need a change of environment, and neighbors. I also tried to stay here when my lease was up several months ago, but the apartment I thought I was moving into had no pantry, and few cabinets. To me, that was unacceptable, so I have stayed in my current one (with no balcony) until I move in July. A balcony was important to me. Again....nothing really negative. Bug free, and maintenance issues responded to by polite service men always.
Is a very nice safe place to live , our home for 13 years, was not no flouded with Harvey. The reason we move because we bought a house.
Really like these aptmts and like the location. Lived here in prior year and moved back between home sale and purchase of new home.

I have lived here several years and have had very positive interactions with all staff.
They are always very helpful and friendly. I've always had any issues fixed the same day or the next.
In this particular visit, the guys dropped the ball leaving the a/c filter on my door but this had never happened before and I can certainly understand if it slipped their minds. It could have been a busy day, no biggie.
The standards seem to be of a level that?s comparable with industry requirements.
I am pretty sure a few weeks ago there was a shooting in the apartment. The office never sent out a email or anything about that happening.
I feel comfortable, safe, the grounds are clean and I like that there are monthly social activities
To many kids running around without parent or adult supervision. Kids out in the road/parking lot, at the pool, and throwing balls around the vehicles. Too many aggressive dogs with and without leashes.
Maribel welcomed me and my family into the community. She is so warming and compassionate for her tenants.
I love living here at Sevona! Quite living clean and love how friendly the neighbors are! The Sevona Personnel is awesome!
