Just across Lady Bird Lake, bounded to the south by East Riverside Drive, this Austin suburb enjoys some of the best views of the Texas state capital. Don't Do It
It's only rated poor because zero stars aren't an option. In addition to a laundry room broken for well over a year (it's cool it's a free amenity, it can't possibly not be free cause it's always broken). They NEVER answer the phone, the haven't processed my rental insurance information so they can keep charging me a fee. AND ROACHES!!!!!
