Have truly enjoyed living at Attiva for almost two years. Having had to downsize from a house it is the best decision I made. The apartment has lots of space and the staff is always helpful. Love the landscaping, walking trail plus all the amenities.

Attiva Park is a wonderful place to live. The Leasing staff, Maintenance team and Cleaning staff are professional, friendly and courteous. They go beyond duty to ensure that residents are happy and safe in their homes.

This is one of my most favorite places I have ever lived! First and foremost, the apartments are beautiful and entrance to them is designed with our safety in mind. The maintenance is exceptional and the front office staff couldn't be any nicer. And I appreciate all the amenities that are available as well as the many virtual events offered to give us many options. It is very well managed.

Customer Service is excellent. When I have needed them, they come as soon as their schedule will let them. They are very friendly and professional, too.

I am on my second year at Attiva and I have enjoyed the environment and the people. We are like a big family, we all help each other. I would highly recommend Attiva, also we are very well located with a lot of stores and restaurants around. The office staff is always there to help.

Apartment complex is execellant but, this isnt the right time to raise rents. We have a pandemic. I would think it prudent to wait, before raising rates. Rents are high everywhere and some are losing their complexes completely. So, I think raises in rent are the biggest thing worrying every tenant. Fixed income peoples cant afford it.

If it wasnt for management and maintenance crew that works here more than likely I wouldnt stay there and all top-notch number one in their business and every time Ive had a problem or just talk to him theyve always fixed or take the time to talk to me and I really enjoy the people couldnt ask for better place to live
